I really enjoyed our stay at Royal Palace hotel in Hanoi, the staff were so friendly couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable experience. The location of our hotel was central and close to fabulous restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this 5 star hotel for your holiday.

The customer service at this property was beyond our expectation. Services offered such as luggage holding was extremely helpful while we were traveling throughout Vietnam. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming, and beyond helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and I slept like a baby in the room. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone that asks for recommendations.
