The hotel is new and cozy. The bed and pillows are so comfy and we had great night there. We have to do check in by ourselves but the staff is friendly to help. location is good and it just takes a few mins walk to the central area. Everything is prefect and we would definitely stay there again if travel to Zurich.

要求二張單人床的房型，但一開始確給了一張雙人床的房型，好在還有空房可換。申請了快速check out 卻還是要等前台慢慢查詢系統資訊才能check out，差點錯過電車。住宿品質還可以。
