Some difficulties with the check in app. Cleaning crew was very helpful! Unit was not very quiet with the train/tram stop outside of our window. Excellent breakfast options! Overall a nice stay.

A gem in Katajanokka neighbourhood

Wonderful accommodation with great service, despite being a totally contactless process. Great location for those taking the ferries for day trips to Suomenlinna and Estonia.

Bob W was amazing. The suite was perfect for our needs 2 adults & 2 teenagers. A few items missing from kitchen & brought immediately. A few minutes from Central Market and numerous transportation options. Just disappointed that Bob wasn't a real person.

Small apartment but it was well equipped and comfortable. Communication was good but found it a little daunting having to negotiate app for check in etc. however the concierge who was there during the week was extremely helpful and very obliging. On a tram line with only a few stops to town which was very easy to negotiate. I did request an upgrade long before we checked in which showed in app but only a few days before checking in, the upgrade had disappeared from the app. When I checked, I was told that it wasn’t available. However after check in I received several emails requesting payment for the upgrade. This was sorted by the concierge but would have been easier if there was a traditional reception, I do understand though, this is how prices are kept lower. All in all, value for money

Had a bit of a frustrating experience getting access to the property and room. There’s no front desk and I had trouble getting the door access codes. I had to use their chat/WhatsApp to get help. They responded within a few minutes to the chat and then everything worked fine but not a great way to start the stay. The actual room was very comfy and nice. Location is close to the eastern ferry terminal with a tram line right out front to get anywhere in town. Really great neighbourhood vibes and the 24h grocery store downstairs was very convenient.

Location was at the quiet end of town but still very walkable. Room was lovely, only issue was the bed in the glass cage was so close to the wall, very difficult for the person sleeping on that side to get out

This is the place to stay when visiting Helsinki. It is conveniently located to everything- transport, grocery, sightseeing and restaurants. Our room was perfect. It had everything we needed and more! We chose a room with a sauna and it was amazing ! Great way to relax after long days of sightseeing Loved all the special touches like a camera, adaptors, shopping bag, yoga mats and more! We received excellent support by the team through WhatsApp including restaurant referrals which we really appreciated We actually considered extending our stay just to make use of the amenities in the room Would highly recommend Bob W and his amazing team for hotel options!

Stylish and functional apartment suites. Close proximity to the Market Square and the cathedral. Tram stop right outside the entrance. Easy check in and check out. The room was clean, spacious and amazingly designed. Bed was super comfortable. Very helpful to have a kitchen space and a washer/dryer. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here during your stay in Helsinki! Will definitely be booking a Bob W location again.

Had a great stay at Bob W - stayed in the family room - super comfortable beds and a great bunk bed for the kids. The property was immaculate; great location with amenities nearby and the kids loved the instant camera. Great sustainability credentials too - Would definitely look to stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. It is spacious and has all the amenities in the room. The place is located at the doorstep of the tram step, super convenient to navigate around. The 24 hour supermarket located downstairs is a must in the snowy weather, so you don’t even need to get changed to get simple groceries. The food choices are great too. We’ve used breakfast cafe next door, pizza shop downstairs and sushi shop downstairs, all fantastic. Great stay, highly recommended.

Well, its really not a traditional hotel. The rooms are studio apartments, with full kitchen and washer/dryer. But, no real life services... no front desk, no room ssrvices, no hotel lobby, staff, or restaraunt. The checkin and checkout was all electronic with no staff involved... luckily it worked, but i was very nervous that i wouldn't receive the access codes in time and there would be no help available.
