The living room has a dining area in the sunny window - from here you get to the kitchen and the 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. On the protected south-west terrace is a beach chair for you is ready, where you can enjoy the sun. More patio furniture is available. The beach is easily accessible from a staircase outside the house.
