Very Enjoyable Weekend Away!

We had a big group of 13 people stay for the weekend. The house is very spacious and was great for a large group, however if you have more than 12 adults someone will need to sleep on the couch (or we brought air mattresses). The hot tub was nice and relaxing and the area down by the dock and fire pit was beautiful. Our only issues were limited communication with the property management when we lost power for 2 hours after a storm. Also the floors in the one upstairs bathroom were dirty and needed to be cleaned/wiped down our first day there. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable trip and we would recommend this house!

GREAT Family house!

We LOVED Seneca Shores!!! We had three generations on our vacation and it was accommodating for us all! We especially liked the three master suites and two/three other rooms for sleeping. The yard is AMAZING!! We played soccer, croquet, all kinds of yard games. The interior is spacious with two large living rooms and another room off the kitchen for reading, etc. The deck is also quite large and we took full advantage of the outdoor dining availability. We'd highly recommend this house for larger families. It's also close to many fine wineries, which we enjoyed immensely. We also like the convenience of grocery and drug stores in Dundee. They were about a 10 minute ride away. This was one of our BEST vacations EVER!

Finger Lakes Wineries with Friends

We had a group of 9 people traveling to the Finger Lakes for wine tasting. This house was perfect for us! It had a great kitchen and deck. It definitely provided enough room for our 3 couples and 3 individuals. The location was pretty central so we could get to Keuka Lake and both sides of Seneca for visiting wineries. Would highly recommend!

We were overwhelmed by how perfect this house was! It had a little something for everyone; basement games, huge patio, private dock, and tons of counter space to prepare food just to name a few. We are already looking into booking another stay next year! 5 stars across the board.
