"駐車場は、とても狭いところに車を入れて、エレベータで下に降りる形式。とても狭いため、神経を使います。簡単に車の出し入れができないことは、ちょっと残念な点です。それでも、再訪したいと思う、魅力的なホテルでした。"

"Excellent hospitality and service. Great variety of foods were served in buffet breakfast and dinner. I was surprised by the all you can drink beers, wine, sake and whiskey. The yakuta experience was also fun. "

"Hotel is located right next to shin-yokohama which is a major transport hub. Tokyo about an hour away. Yokohama about 15 minutes. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping center, karaoke, and a 7/11. Also a direct route to and from Haneda airport. The hotel is a bit on the older side. Rooms are going to be very small, and bathrooms even smaller -- but that's par for the course in Japan. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and they understand (and in some cases speak) English."
