The internet speed is just too slow, specially during the weekend, I am not sure if its because more customer checked in, but feels like the facility is getting older, the steak house was also a disappointment.

Enjoy everything here, except the dinning experience at 21st floor Chinese restaurant-spend JPY 55000 per person for a much advertised Crab and Hiroshima Oyster buffet but found very much NOT fresh Crab meat (defrosted with a chemical flavor!) and overcooked oysters. Again, that's the only sorry experience that we had with the hotel.
I never met before the hot spring bath fee is excluded in the room price in Japan. I have to pay about 2500 yen per person for the public hot bath that was supposed to be one of the free facility of the hotel. I cannot find any information of the hot spring fee showing in the room booking homepage. For example, the parking fee was elaborated clearly in the hotel introduction. I feel this hidden hot spring bath charge was cheating.
