This is a bit complicated. I had an initial booking through the same company and they put me in a very bad apartment. I complained and they moved me the next day into an apartment that was cleaner. I then extended my stay for another 30 days and did request to stay in the same room because moving would be such a hassle. The features on the booking says, balcony, no balcony, premium bedding, not even close, 2 bathrooms, there is only 1. In all the entire experience has been more than I care to deal with.
