旅館主人非常好客，儘管我們很晚才到，他們還是滿臉笑容，早餐有豐盛的香蕉鬆餅、水果、咖啡、果汁，頂樓有美麗風景的餐廳，還有漂亮的透天游泳池，可以看到陸龍彎的山景。旅館也很貼心的提供便宜的機車租借，還有叫車服務，因為這裡離市區有段路，基本上很難叫到grab!!整體來說是很棒的體驗！

From the moment you arrive and Dzung welcomes you, you know you have just become part of the family. We loved our stay at Limstone, even though it was not summer, and too cold for the pool. They went out of their way, to provide every possible guest service, right down to his hand-drawn tourist maps. Easy walking to local restaurants, and amazing views in all directions. He organized a motorbike for us, and we explored everywhere. It's hard to imagine a better host couple. Beware his home brew is not for the faint hearted !

A perfect beautiful homestay hotel run by the most warm, welcoming and helpful couple we've encountered on our trip. The owner's english is excellent and he was so helpful with information on what to do in the area. He lent us free bicycles so we could explore the village and get ourselves to nearby attractions. He arranged a full day driver to take us to the National Park for hiking and exploring. Breakfasts were fantastic. The room's AC and fan were quiet and effective, the views from all windows and balcony simply wonderful. We were even warmly welcomed with breakfast after arriving from the overnight train Sapa to Hanoi. We couldn't have wished for a better way to spend the last 3 days of our trip.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts are just lovely. It was Christmas night so they cooked us the most fabulous meal. They provided bikes for us to use. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend staying here.

Had a great time at this homestay! So impressed with the cleanliness, it was cleaner than many hotels I have stayed at in Vietnam. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, convenient location (everything can be reached by bicycle which they lend you), and very sweet family. Also, great views of the mountains. Highly recommend staying here!

BEST HOMESTAY EVER!

Probably the best experience we ever had staying anywhere. The family is amazing and so accommodating. They cooked for us, provided scooters, and arranged transportation to next location. If we ever return to Ninh Binh, we would be honored to stay here again. We miss them already! Do not book anywhere else in the area, you will regret it. 창이 크고 침대도 좋고 화장실도 깨끗했어요:) 4층에서 묶었는데 현재 엘레베이터 만들고계시더라구요 오토바이나 자전거도 빌릴 수 있어요. 오토바이를 빌릴 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 도착하자마자 주요 관광지?를 알려주시는데 유용하더라구요~! Dzung의 가족들은 정말 친절친절친절 ㅠㅠ 너무 잘 챙겨주셨어요 ㅎ 빨래도 부탁드리면 해주십니다! 1박이 아쉬울정도로 더 있고 싶었습니다

The Dzung family are the most hospitable and friendly family you could ever have to look after you. The accommodation was spotless clean spacious with fantastic views The food was excellent and generous. The are bicycles & mopeds available to roam the area. Better care than a 5 star Hotel.

Peaceful Haven with 1 downside

A lovely friendly family homestay in Ninh Binh. Lovely Large room with views over the village and the limestone karst mountains. Dzung & his wife Dep couldn´t do enough for you even coming to find us one night as we could not find out way back in the dark after a day out sightseeing. Breakfast a little limited but did the job. Lovely and peaceful until 4.30/5.00 am in the morning when the village is woken by the loud speakers set in the mountain with the Vietnamese News Broadcast and music that goes on for an hour at least, not the owners fault but should be mentioned. This was the only downside to a very peaceful little haven but be aware if you don´t like early mornings!! Dzung gave us lots of information and arranged motorbike for us for our whole stay which was really worth doing so that we got to enjoy the area as much as we could in our short stay. All in all a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful part of Vietnam. We wish Dzung and his family well with his business. Wifi available in room very good.

This is one of the places you find hard to leave from when you are travelling. Dzung and his family make you feel right at home since the moment you walk in. We stayed at the top floor and the family room (we got upgraded) and the view is simply perfect, literally from the bed you can see the cliffs. We had dinner a couple of times and it was really tasty, and freshly prepared. They do not have like buffet breakfast but instead they will even ask you the night before what will you want fro breakfast for the next day (and at what time) so we some days we had eggs, some other we had pancakes, or toast...but every day we had fresh juice, bread and fruits. You can use their free bicycles and it is very easy to get to Trang An (10 mins tops) and other places a bit further out. We decided to take bikes one day to Trang An and rent a motorbike on other days to cover more places and get there faster. You can rent a scooter for 180000 which is not cheap if you compare it to other rentals but he has them right next door (i think Dzung's father is renting them) so it is very convenient.

Dzung and his family are extremely friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. The location was convenient to get around Ninh Binh and surrounding areas, and Dzung helped us arrange a motorbike for our stay as well. He also helped us with our travel plans and any questions we had.The breakfast included was delicious and we also had lunch and dinner there a few times and were extremely satisfied every time. The room was also clean, very spacious and had a gorgeous view. We were at Dzung's for Lunar New Year celebrations, and he invited us to have a celebration meal with his large family- it is one of our favorite Vietnam memories!

Perfect location and very quiet. New hotel with an alley entry, so 2 min walk to anything you need. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Would recommend. Staff very helpful.

Amazing stay in peaceful Trang An

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Dzung and his family are such lovely people - we were provided with hand drawn maps, bikes (free of charge), and lots of useful information on arrival. And we were given as much Vietnamese coffee and homemade wine as we could drink. Dzung speaks very good English, he's incredibly generous and genuine and did everything he could to make us feel welcome and to help us get the most out of his hometown, which he is so fond of. We were travelling for 5 weeks across four different countries, but our two nights here were a big highlight of our trip. The views from the window are amazing, the area is quiet and friendly and you can see your fair share of buffalo. If you're coming from Hanoi or another busy/touristy part of Vietnam, you should definitely spend some time in this tranquil and beautiful part of the country and I can't imagine anywhere better to stay during your time there than at Limestone View Homestay.

beautiful view and close to the sights

The family is amazingly wonderful and their hospitality made our stay memorable, fun and relaxing. The rooms lookout the limestone and are close to sightseeing spots. Dung and Dep were so kind and helpful. The breakfast every morning was freshly made as per our liking. And they treated our kids as their own. Very loving and genuine family.

Great views and yummy breakfast.

Prompt reception, upgraded us to the room on the top floor with the spectacular view, delicious breakfast. Overall great base to launch into Trang An grottoes and Tam Coc!

Loved our stay

Loved our stay from start to finish. Dzung and his family are so friendly and accommodating. He speaks good English and can help you with where to explore, providing bikes and booking onward transport. The food cooked by his wife was delicious, with endless lovely fruit and Vietnamese coffees whenever we wanted them. The room had great views and was in a nice village away from the busy town, and only 2km from Trang An. His children were also so polite and sweet! Highly recommend staying here.

An Enjoyable Stay at Limestone View Homestay

We had a great stay at the Limestome View Homestay. It is reasonably easy to find even for a non-Vietnamese speaker. I believe the Homestay has four rooms available. We stayed in the "Marble Room" which has spectacular views of the karst rock formations. The room was very comfortable and had everything that a 4-star hotel would have. The proprietor, his wife, and their children are all very nice. The proprietor takes pride in his Vietnamese coffee and breakfasts--banana crepes and fresh fruit were excellent. We ate at a neighborhood restaurant one night and had dinner served by the proprietor's wife the second night. The food was much better at the hotel at half the price. The proprietor loaned us two bikes to get the Tranh An rock formations located about 2 km from the homestay. It's an easy and enjoyable ride and the Tranh An rock formations and boat trip are fantastic. We were very happy with the whole experience and would be pleased to stay here again. Wifi service was quite good.

Highly recommend!

Amazing homestay, with such awe-inspiring views from the windows! The hosts are lovely. The rooms are so pretty (marble walls and floors). Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend! And Ninh Binh is so lovely to explore!
