I have stay at this hotel in 2019 at least 15 nights more then Any other on Hk this year & always found it to be good quality in service and comfortable bed to sleep in. However after my last stay from Dec 5th until 11th 2019, for the first time in my life I have never been so disappointed and treated so badly upon check out at any hotel around the world! Being a regular guest they gave me late check out at 2pm as usual which I appreciates. However as I over slept and started to pack they start to harass me to check out or extend my room with 5 calls within 30mins before 2pm! Even with do not disturb on they had house keeping to ring my door to chase me out! I then call down and requested the manger to be present so I may decide if needed to extend the room given I got down to front desk at 2:30pm! Upon meeting the manager she told me if I think other hotels do not do the same I am welcome to stay at other hotel!!! I never been so insulted in my life! Give current hk hotel industry is suffering from recent drop i tourism she said they hotel still fully booked and need the double bed which I had occupy! So meaning they had plenty of twins room as the hotel rate that day was only $478HKD for my room type! Aside for the price being so cheap they have the nerve to treat their regular guest so rudely. Even a gold member at Hotel.com they did care! I hope the management will see this review and warn all guest that of u are late do t be surprise you get the boot!
