柴灣地鐵站，青年廣場12/F, 周邊多商場及食肆，方便，但房間一般，衛生差毛巾黑，又不是每日清洁房間，沒有牙齒及牙刷和瓶裝水供應。

環境不錯
大致整體都不錯的，其實住係幾好，地理位置又方便，隔離就係商場地鐵站果d，係冷氣方面有待改善，個出風口位成日都好嘈，又call人上嚟整，我地住兩晚14樓，第一日日頭嘈都唔覺眼，但一到晚上訓教直頭凌晨5點嘈到起身打比服務台，嘈到好似人地用緊打字機咁，服務台話第二朝可以轉房，轉左12樓比我地選擇，點知第二間仲衰，樓底矮，冷氣機又係床下面，如果訓正既話，真係頭痛，最後都係選擇14樓唔換，call人上嚟搞好冷氣出風位就算，佢話維修係24小時，有嘈就打俾佢地叫人上嚟整，但成日都係咁既話，都麻煩，如果安排人入住前搞好去就最好啦，有待改善
