大致上都滿意住宿，酒店很大，一進酒店時感覺良好和舒服，地方也乾淨。地理位置理想，附近都是一些名勝古蹟，到故宮，天安門，景山公園都十分近，我們都是騎車過去的。 房間清潔和餐廳服務員態度都十分良好，友善親切，但是前臺的工作人員態度比較冷淡，比較獨自做自己的工作。 酒店沒有冷氣和抽風系統提供，天氣雖然早晚比較涼，但是下午的時間如果待在房裏就十分悶焗，不太習慣。向酒店反映，他們說中央冷氣關掉了他們也沒有辦法，祇有提供小型的送濕機 冷氣機。抽風系統也沒有，去完洗手間後房內空氣比較混濁。 之前在電郵通知過他們，在前台向酒店表示是結婚週年紀念，但是他們一些表示和小小的佈置都沒有，有些失望。

A superb two-night stay at the PuXuan hotel. Extremely smooth check-in and the service was phenomenal, from staff at the main lobby to in-room service. Was delighted to see how staff were very attentive to detail, especially room make-up service! Last but not least, we made two simple requests prior to check-in and the staff went way beyond our expectation and delivered both requests!

Good location for first timers to Beijing
Room is spacious and modern. Location is ideal as it’s near to train station for line 5, 6 & 8. Plenty of shops within 5-10 mins walking radius. Staffs speak English and are helpful. Requested for late checkout and was given. Overall good experience

酒店在中國美術館站對面，去機場走8-9分鐘去東四站，不過到站還要上下很多電梯，行李多的要注意。 酒店服務好，房間浴缸是半開放式，淋浴間裡沒有掛衣服的地方，淋浴間和廁所門互趟只能單邊用，關上後在裡面門也不好開，不方便！如果和朋友同住也很尷尬

Excellent location close to the gallery, metro, and the Wangfujing shopping precinct. Approximately 30 mins walk to the Forbidden City. Staff speak good English and breakfast buffet has a good variety. Would be back for sure!

The hotel and room are tastily designed and very comfortable. Mattress and pillow are excellent for a good sleep. Light control in the room can be configured to soft or bright with night light setting to the toilet. Breakfast has wide variety of choices. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful, I rely on them to book for taxi through the Chinese app. Excellent!

Lovely stay during summer holidays
The stay is lovely since the hotel just refurbished all the rooms so the rooms look brand new. We are greeted with a warm welcome by the concierge, Xiao Zhu who informed us very well on all our enquiries and attend to our needs. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.
