Modern hotel in IKT
I stayed one night and dined 3 meals in hotel restaurant. The staffs were very nice especially Indira. The room was clean and all facilities were new but no slippery provided. You could find usb charger in room and free drink in lobby restaurant. About the hotel location, it’s just 3 mins walk from Countyard Marriot hotel.

Good experience
The location is near the river bank but it takes time to go to the area with more restaurants or shops. But the room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious! The staff is helpful.

Долго выбирала гостиницу в Иркутске, чтобы расположение было удачным, а номера - уютными. В итоге не прогадала. Если придираться, можно сказать, что шведский завтрак не слишком разнообразный. Но в целом очень приятные впечатления.

清潔でスタイリッシュでコンパクトなホテルです．受付は英語ができる人ばかりではないようですが，皆ニコニコしていて親切です．朝食は，種類は多くはありませんが毎日変化し，美味しさは十分満足します．スイカがとても美味しかったです．コーヒーメーカーは，coffeeは薄いのでカプチーノがおすすめです． アメニティについて，歯ブラシは交換されますが，ブラシやカミソリ，浴帽は50ルーブルかかります．シャワーは問題なく快適に使えました．利用したのは夏ですが，部屋には毛布もありましたので冷房対策になりました． ある夜，1階のレストラン（朝食と同じ場所）を利用しました．「ロシアで有名な料理」をお願いすると，生ハムの盛り合わせと白身魚のカルパッチョ（別々です）が出てきました．それらのお食事もパンもとても美味しかったです．ホテル内はWiFiがあります．受付で言うと教えてもらえます． ホテルからの移動は，タクシーアプリを使うと便利です．街の中心部までは10分くらいで，150～250ルーブルだったかと思います．タクシーの支払いは現金のみの場合が多く，高額紙幣のお釣りの用意はない場合が多いので100ルーブル紙幣を持っておくのが良いと思います．クレジットカードのキャッシュディスペンサーは当ホテルの入り口にもありました．

A great place to stay
This hotel is superb. It is quite close to the railway station being about a 20 minute walk over the bridge. However you can catch the tram from in front of the station which takes you to the other side of the bridge and costs 15 rubles. The hotel gave me an early check-in and supplied me with a map of the area and told me what things I should walk to and see. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough.

Modern, clean, pleasant, a bit off the center
I stayed at the Ibis Irkutsk Center for 3 days and overall liked it a lot. It's modern, clean, rooms are functional although somewhat small, Lobby is fun to sit at and has a restaurant, and breakfast is rich. Staff was very friendly and useful. Only small qualm: although it is in what is considered to be the city center, it's about 15-20 minutes walk from the actual center where the restaurants and the shops are. It's relatively close to the train station.

Nice place to stay to visit Baikal
Nice, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were good. Room was clean although a bit cozy. I would recommend an electric kettle in the room to enable hot water for tea/coffee etc. when needed and not have to go down to the lobby for hot water. There is not much in the nearby surrounding area ... so one has to walk a bit.

This hotel is about a 5-7 minute taxi ride from the Train Station. The front desk staff were exceptional - warm, friendly and always willing to help - with a smile (something that is hard to come by in Russia). The hotel is new (about a year old) and is quite modern and stylish - the buffet breakfast is good. The place has easy public access to the city center. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I hope they continue to provide excellent service.

Great staff close enough to the city centre
The hotel is modern and within walking distance to the city centre. The hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good and is served from 4 in the morning till noon. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning which the staff responded well to. Also the laundry service is quite expensive. The room is very clean.

Great location, easy to find from the train station, may a 15 easy walk across the scenic bridge. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff, they were all great with helpful suggestions and any questions asked. I have to single out Anastasia for being incredibly helpful with getting my train ticket printed, but again they were all awesome. I had one very good meal in the restaurant. My room was very clean and super quite, the hotel seems to be brand new, everything was top notch. I really enjoyed Irkutsk, the staff at the Ibis are representatives of the warmth you get from the locals in that city.

Basic but new
Well located hotel near the train station and within walking distance of the town centre and tourist attractions. The hotel has all the basics and is new, breakfast is good and buffet style like most places in Russia. The breakfast waitor was very helpful.

Отель новый, достаточно комфортный. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Хороший завтрак. В Иркутске за свои деньги лучший вариант
