Built in 1903 and fully restored in 2016. Blue Manor is located within walking distance of all the restaurants/shops of downtown New Bern. Three bedrooms upstairs with washer and dryer upstairs. Newly renovated baths. Fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room. Two very comfy living rooms front and back with smart TV. Large back deck fenced in backyards with outdoor lighting. I supply all linens please throw all soiled
Towels in the laundry room but don’t strip the beds. Clean up and mess yiu make and please make me aware of any damage prior to leaving. Enjoy the easy strolls along the river and Tryon palace gardens a short walk away. Firemen’s museum two blocks away. New Bern is the birthplace of Pepsi cola! The museum and store are 4 blocks away. If you have kids there’s several play areas located downtown also. Enjoy!!!

We had to be in New Bern for work for about 6 weeks. The host was great to deal with. She was very quick with responses if we reached out with a question or issue. Great location for walking to downtown businesses as to not have to try and find parking.

Charming
A charming house and very comfortable. It has been renovated perfectly - it has all the charm of an older house but all the modern amenities. The coffee service in the kitchen was a nice touch and very appreciated. The location is great, a few blocks from downtown.

Beautiful weekend
We came into town for a funeral. There were five adults in our group. Great location. Not only could we walk to town for meals, we could walk to the church service as well. Very clean and large home and beautiful, quiet walking neighborhood. We are so glad to have found this place.

We stayed here for a weekend. The house is very spacious with more than enough room. Large bathrooms that are very nice and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable but could use some new pillows and would have liked TVs in the bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped and every type of coffee/tea maker you could want. Small private backyard with nice large porch and good seating. Quiet area walking distance to downtown. Host was responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful home and perfectly located
This home is so much larger than it seems from the street. It was perfect for our group of 6. Well appointed and Kelley was quick to respond with any questions. The two living rooms allows for kids and adults to have their own space to hang and all the furniture is so comfortable. Will absolutely book this property again!

Fantastic house and location
This house was actually much nicer in real life than the listing did Justice for. My family and I were impressed the moment we pulled up to the curb and walked into the house. We enjoyed just hanging around our the deck and porch as well as the fantastic neighborhood location and easy walk to beautiful downtown New Bern. Would stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Exceeded Expectations
Each side of this duplex is spacious, welcoming and accommodating. We were in New Bern for our daughter's wedding and our family rented both sides. We had a couple of get togethers before and after the event. The properties are a joy to visit whether it's a quiet night alone or a family gathering. 420 evokes the historical feel of the neighborhood and 418 is an impressive example of taste and elegance. Kelly's hospitality throughout the rental process even made that part enjoyable.
