Good for the price.

Central location in Jeonju. Easy and convenient to get around. Convenience store on the 1st floor and another one 2 min walk away. Rooms were clean and basic. Washrooms was a bit disappointing, but considering humid weather and wet bathroom culture in Korea, little mold here and there was expected. Bed was comfy. Room size was enough for 2 with desk. Elevator could feel a bit slow, but overall very helpful and friendly staff, great location and if I need to come back and stay in Jeonju at this rate, I’ll come back.

직원분들도 친절하고 방상태고 깔끔한 편이어서 편안한 2박이었습니다~ 시선이 잘 안가는 곳에 먼지가 조금 있네요.. 뭐 문제가 될만큼은 아니지만 다만, 사람마다 다르니 그부분도 신경쓰면 좀 더 좋을 것 같네요 그래도 전체적으로 만족만족한 곳이었습니다~~~

다른 것은 괜찮았는데 특히 주차가 힘들었네요~ 오후 4시에 도착했는데도 호텔내 주차장이 모두 만차라고 길 건너 외부 주차장으로 가야 했네요. 그 외에는 불만이 크게 없어요. 직원들도 너무 친절했고 방도 쾌적했고 위치도 좋아요.

추운 호텔로 기억나요.

너무 너무 추운 객실이었어요. 새벽에 히터가 자동으로 꺼져서 자다 깨서 틀어야했고 창문으로 찬 바람이 들어와서 창가 쪽에서 잘 수가 없었어요. 침대를 안쪽으로 붙여서 잤는데 침대 밑으로 먼지는 말도 못했고요. 화장실도 공기가 너무 차가워서 아이들을 씻길 수가 없었어요. 뜨거운 물을 틀면 뜨거운 물이 나오다가 갑자기 미지근한 물로 바뀌고요. 전반적으로 너무 추웠던 기억밖에 없어요.

체크인후 방에서 냄새가 너무나서 룸 교체를 하였습니다. 직원분이 바로 친절하게 대응해주셔서 크게 문제가 되지는 않았습니다 화장실에서 냄새가 올라온듯 한데 좀 더 신경을 써주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 가격대비 괜찮았고 한옥마을까지 도보 20분 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 여성 직원이 친절하셔서 만족스러웠습니다.
