It was disappointed they didnt have room service when i asked for chopstick or fork. Second, the soundproof is able to let you gossip other ppl talking outside. In general, all are well! Clean, comfortable and convenience! It will be great if u r heavy sleeper.

I stayed in the deluxe suite for 4 days. Room is spacious and it is highly appreciated that there is a modern steam jet cloth cleaning closet in the suite.
The choices of the buffet breakfast are not many but the location is on the top floor with a good scenary.

4박은 화장실냄새와 담배냄새,하수구냄새가 계속 유입되는 룸에서 너무나 불쾌, 몸에 안좋은 까스를 계속마심.
공기청정기로 해결하려하였으나 해결못함,겨우 객실이동으로 3박, 직원들의 책임의식과 손님의배려전무, 최악의객실을 내어주고도 제3자인양 불편을 듣고만있는 직원의식과 자세,
요즈음 여인숙에서도 일어날수 없는
일을 겪고옴,
체크아웃시 4일동안 힘들었던 일을
얘기했지만 누구도 책임있게 미안하고 죄송했다라는 말을 듯지못함.
예~ 예~ 만 하고있음.

The location was good. But the staff not very helpful and uninterested. i left my adaptor with all the USBs plugged in and asked my hotel in Seoul to help me check if housekeeping has seen it. The first thing they said to the Seoul hotel was that they haven't had any foreign guests staying with them for a while. What nonsense is this? This is not true at all. I saw so many Mainland Chinese and Singaporean guests! How can they not even know this? So my seoul hotel advised that I try calling them myself. I had to use google translate and played it over the speaker. The staff who answered my call said they have the adapter with all the USBs plugged in, but it would take 7 to 10 working days to send them to Seoul. Hello? Yes the weather was bad but 7-10 days. Anyway, it was rather painful talking this way, so I put down the phone. Then the next day, I got a friend in Jeju to help. My Korean friend told me the hotel would send the item to her in Jeju and she would send to me in Singapore because GUESS WHAT? The hotel said they don't post things overseas - not even if the guests pay for it? WHAT? Hello? This is the first time i heard of something like this. ZERO Customer service, or do they still think they don't have overseas guests.
Also, the wallpaper/paint in my room had bubbles underneath and quite a lot of it was like that> i should have taken a photo.
Disappointing. Are you like the equivalent of Hotel 81 in Singapore?
