As a first time stay at this hostel, I would like to share my wonderful experience here. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by its uniqueness. The courtyard was laid out with care and I really enjoyed it. The courtyard is well organized and it is definitely a good place to relax. Imagine having such a peaceful and cozy courtyard in the bustling Lujiazui, it is really rare! Here, I felt the tranquility and harmony in the city. Walking into the lobby, I was attracted by the photos left by the guests hanging on the wall. Each photo records the smiling faces and beautiful memories of different guests, which not only shows the hospitality of the hotel, but also makes me feel the warmth of home. In terms of hygiene, Dainty Hotel has done an impeccable job. Every corner of the room was cleaned very well, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest during my trip. In addition, the public areas were equally well maintained, with both the courtyard and the lobby kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The attitude of the service staff was also very friendly and professional, they were always helpful and made sure my needs were met. Whether it was checking in or inquiring about tourist attractions in the neighborhood, they were always prompt and accurate in their assistance. Overall, I was very impressed with the Dainty Hotel. Both its beautiful environment, clean and hygienic conditions, and excellent service enhanced my trip to Shanghai.

Price align with their services. Close to Metro station, only 5 mins walking time. And the staff were nice!

An excellent hotel with warm and hospitable staff! Every detail is well taken care of, and the team is truly thoughtful and polite. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean, with white, flawless bedding that’s extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet, combining Chinese and Western cuisines, is delicious and perfectly suits the taste—served hot with a lovely homey vibe. There’s free shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport, as well as shuttles to Shanghai Wild Animal Park and even a return shuttle from Shanghai Disneyland. All in all, it’s incredibly convenient, great value for money, and absolutely worth recommending. Simply fantastic!
