Thank you very much for the feedback we take guests comments very seriously and try to correct any negative guests comments. Our objective is to provide the best service possible. We provide feedback to our staff in order to improve our guest service & experience at Rivonia B&B. We have addressed all your points with the necessary employees and they agreed to improve their service with immediate effect. With the regards to the mattress, please note that this has been dealt with but we do feel that the two single bed configuration might have contributed to the level of comfort you experienced. Our King beds are all top class and very comfortable. Remember that run promotions on Expedia from time to time, so keep a look out for some great value deals.
