定了3间房并备注大床房，入住的时候却给了3间双床房，理由是看当天房间状况，但是，我是提前预定并有备注大床房，就这样回答看房间状况，这种服务与5星的定位实在有差距！

Nice hotel staff.

towers are not enough, either no facial tower, or just only one bath tower. In the lounge club, so many people very crowed. Not easy to get a quiet place for working. But the staff in the lounge is very nice to allow me bring 3 people into small private room for short meeting provide free coffee.

The room design is strange. The bathroom is very big but there is no table in my room. The sound insulation is not so good. The brick on the floor has a "cheap" look. Generally the room quality does not worth to pay such price in my opinion.

這是一家掛5星但水準最多只有3.5星.酒店整體比較老舊.早餐種類比較多,但是10:30結束,在9:45以後就不再加東西了,所以晚到的就沒有什麼東西可以吃了.最恐怖的是餐廳的盤子杯子等餐具很多都有污垢,好像沒洗的樣子,衛生條件很差.餐廳座位比較少,吃早餐經常要排隊,或是和別人搭桌一起吃.整體而言,這個號稱5星的酒店是極不推薦.另外,在房間用WIFI是需要另外付費的,在大堂就可以免費.

clean and good quality hotel

clean room and friendly staff, it is the highest building amount the neighborhood, got beautiful veiw for sunrises and sunsets. close to aeon mall, and quite a lot of restaurants around the area, including vegetarian choice. breakfast is good with fresh squeezed fruit juice. if u are not going out for dining, may try their buffet dinner. the business lounge is worth trying, good view for having meals there.

Renaissance期下的飯店都是很規模不大，不过非常精緻，尤其是浴室的沐浴用品等等，都比其他同價位的飯店高級許多，整體感覺很高雅，双床房的床很大，QUEEN SIZE也可以睡的兩大兩小，附近後面有家肉骨茶滿好吃的，不过附近離市區也有些遠，沒什麼景點可以觀光。純住宿到是不錯，價格是馬來西亞我們住过酒店中性價比最高的!
