The reception was well prepared and fast. I got a room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view on the river and the town on the opposite site. In The Glory one is not too far from the busy area of Kanchanaburi, but has also quietness around. Facilities are good, although the dining and breakfast aeea should have arrangements to isolate it from the sometimes windy conditions of the riverside. Anyway fully recommendable.

Mooi hotel, moderne ruime kamers met zicht op de rivier. Ontbijt is ok. Ontvangst was eerder koel maar is vermoedelijk te wijten aan het feit dat de medewerkster weinig of geen Engels sprak

5 night stay. A few nice restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, 10 minute walk will get you to the many bars and restaurants the other side of the river. A 30 minute walk will get you to the famous bridge. Exactly what we wanted, somewhere close to the nightlife but not too close.

Excellent hotel for the price I paid . Right on the river just where I wanted to be in a nice quiet spot . Breakfast was fabulous with eggs done while you waited compaired to other hotels I have stayed in , we'll worth the cost compaired to other hotels in Thailand

Staying at Glory was an awesome experience. Location, staff and service were excellent. It is by the beautiful quiet River Kwai, not far away from the main attractions. Cycling around was the best way to see this place. Bicycles are provided for guest for free. The infinity pool and all the rooms facing the river are a plus. My family stayed for 3 nites totally enjoyed ourselves at Glory.

Great stay
Nice rooms and property. Close to the bridge and river view was beautiful. There were some parties going on at the property across the river and you could here the loud music on the first night. Bring conditioner if you need it as they only have shampoo. Room is a bit dark but perhaps to create a more relaxing environment. Would book again.

Un building carré rose défraîchi pas du tout typique de la thaïlande et assez éloigné du centre et du fameux pont (environ 1,5km faciles à faire sauf quand il pleut des cordes !) Et le soir difficile de trouver un tuc tuc pour rentrer . Les chambres, pas très grandes, sont bien aménagées mais pas bien insonorisées ; la vue sur la rivière est très agréable si vous êtes en étage élevé (sans ascenseur). 2 petits produits de toilette pour 3 personnes non renouvelés . Petit déjeuner simple très asiatique dévalisé quand vous passez après un groupe de chinois ! Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut mais paraît complètement dépassé. Personnel de réception souriant mais peu efficace. Pas de restaurant, souvent personne au bar ; cet hôtel manque d’ambiance surtout quand il pleut . Belle piscine dans un petit jardin avec vue sur la rivière. Un peu décevant !

Great hotel on river kwai
Loved the reception area when we arrived. Staff were very friendly and spoke decent english. Room was very nice, only down side was they did not clean it or bring fresh towels after our first night stay. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was ok, better to venture to town. We left before breakfast on the last day and the kitchen staff made us sandwiches and gave us fruit and yogurt. Overall amazing stay with a beautiful view of the river.

Nice, new, and clean
Nice and spacious room. Excellent view and location. Only one drawback I found is that the hotel doesn't have the elevator. So if you are in the room in higher floor (i.e. 3 or 4), don't forget your things so you don't need to run up and down the building.
