不錯的住宿
地点佳，巴士站就在对面，附近也有很多食肆。房間也大，而且舒適。 但在泳池游泳的經驗很差。接待處說泳池晚上8:30pm才關闭，泳池內也張貼了開放時間是晚上八時半，但清潔大嬸7:50分便要我們離開，邊洗地，邊高聲叫我們走。第二天，問接待處開放時間，也是8:30pm關閉。告訴他我們被趕的經過，他又推說是新上任，不大清楚。

Perfect place to stay in this city.
We did have a wonderful experience to stay this history hotel with lovely ,helpful staff.The swimming pool and sonar and music bar are the most pleasure here in Karlovy Very .

地點方便 鄰近巴士站 check in後用廁所發覺水掣壞了 等師傅嘗試維修 最後整唔到 再換房 用了一個多小時 酒店早餐還可以 泳池說開放時間到晚上九點 我七時在房換好泳衣 行去泳池發覺門推不進 回房打落reception 職員指泳池在開放 叫我再嘗試推門 又再落樓 最後再仔細睇見泳池門貼了張捷克語 有7am字眼 猜是7am才開放 再回房打落reception 問是否已經關了 經多番同佢講門已上鎖 並貼了紙 佢才說泳池應該關了 這次又浪費了我一個小時 實在感覺很差！

Not very practical for handicaped persons. No possibility to swim in pool before 9 a.m. as there is water gym going on. We had problems with no hot water. Caters to russians who empty the breakfast buffet. Night porter who had no idea of dealing with persons nor service!

The stay was awesome. Room was perfect. Loved it. The only issue we had was with a rude hostess at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Maybe she had a bad day, but she was far from welcoming. Other then that, super.

We didnt like the older long hairedan at check in. Completely lazy, did not offer to help with bags or anything. If your bahs are heavy, good luck with the stairs if you get this man. Copied our passports for some reason too. Asked the other front desk help and they had no idea why, or where he put this vital info. And they charge for extras like hot water kettle to make in room coffee which there was none to begin with. The pillows were terrible so we asked for smaller pillows and they charged for delivery of these pillows that werent even smaller.. Bonus points for location only. Its a run down place for sure with no access to the room A/C. Its a set temp and not cool enough for July in Karlovy Vary. It was a heat wave! Stear clear, not worth the money.

Good morning,the International Film Festival was taking place during your stay. There is a high turnover of people and the receptionists have to check in a lot of people at once, so they copy their passports so they can hand over the room keys and check in do later. We try to save your time. We do not have coffee sets in the room and the kettle is for a fee as we state everywhere. If the pillows do not suit you, our maid will be happy to bring you another type or another piece. The air conditioning has been running since the beginning of June. Thank you for positively evaluating the location of our hotel.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Gebäude, auch das Zimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Was es zu bemängeln gibt: Das Personal ist weder freundlich, noch aufmerksam. Wenn man das Hotel betritr, wird man nicht begrüßt und auch nicht verabschieded, wenn man geht. Fragen, werden gar nicht oder nur eingeschränkt beantwortet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 4,5* Hotel zu eingeschränkt und wenig abwechslungsreich. Auch wurden leere Speisen und Getränke am Buffet gar nicht oder nur sehr spärlich aufgefüllt. Auch wurden leere Teller beim Frühstück oft sehr spät weggeräumt. Thema Sauberkeit: das Zimmer wirkte bei der Ankunft einigermaßen sauber aber es wurde offensichtlich während unseres 4-Tägigen Aufebthalts nicht gereinigt. Auch Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Schade, weil das Hotel sicher deutlich mehr Potential bietet.

Mahlzeiten Zeiten Z.B Frühstück Samstag und Sonntag bis 10:00 wie zu Sowjet Zeiten, am Wochende darf man nicht länger schlafen! Frühstücktraum zu klein für die vielen Gäste. Platzmangel! Rühreier 0930 keine mehr! Löffel, Messer nicht mehr vorhanden. Dann das Hotel Bild im Internet sieht super aus. In Realität staune ich und denke meine Sache! Wenn man Text liest im Internet Super! Realität ist es aber übertrieben. Ich war schon in hunderten Hotels, meistens ist die Vorfreude wichtig, selten wurden wir entäuscht. Die gute zentrale Lage war hervorragend. Über die Einkaufsstraße ging es kurzerhand über in die Straße zu den Thermalquellen. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr schöne Restaurants befinden sich sowohl im Objekt, wie auch in direkter Nähe des Hotels. Zimmer im Hotel war sehr schön und großzügig.

Schönes Hotel in der Fussgängerzone, bequemes Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbüffet und aufmerksames Personal. Es gab auch noch einen grossen Spa-/Wellnessbereich, den ich aber nicht nutzte.

Very beautiful place. Many old buildings and beautiful architecture. The hotel is one of those and maybe in need of a little TLC. However we slept good and enjoyed our stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel and nicely renovated. The staff is nice and the location is very good. I do have problems with a hotel that wants to be luxury that has such a small breakfast room and only 2 hours to have breakfast. It was way crowded, there isn’t enough time / tables for all of the hotel guests to have a relaxing reakfast.

Staff unavailable when calling reception !!!!!!! they don't even call back ! No coffee maker in the room and Breakfast don't start until 8 am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had to leave at 5:30 am to catch our Bus back to Prague and I did mention it to the reception guy ( with better English ) the day before ! on the darling morning of our departure , a female receptionist with bare understanding of English and perhaps worst Desk skills tells me that I OWE over 5200 Koruna ( total cost of our stay)!!!! Even after repeatedly mentioning to her that the amount have been paid MONTHS ago view Hotel.ca she kept pointing to the stupid bill that she printed and requesting the total amount ! I showed her my internet hotel.com bill history and told her that the amount has been paid and she then proceed by saying that the amount is for stay and Spa ( minimal English / just saying " you pay this amount & you used spa)!!!!!!! Frustrated , I told her that I was not going to wait all day for her to figure out her error and I had a bus to catch ( hoping she could understand ) and told her that I'm NOT going to repay her the money and left !!!!!!!! absolute disaster . DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!

A nice enough property but the climate control in the room did not work, flat pillows, poor bedding, Wi-Fi did not work. It is a grand property they should invest a bit to ensure customers have a good night's sleep. Service and breakfast were good.

Chegada recepção com suposta gerente não tinha inglês compatível(sotaque), para indicar o de era o estacionamento e pouca importância deu ao chek in, visto que deixou de nós atender para dar vazão a solicitação de alguém que tinha programado algo com outro hóspede. Depois ninguém a ajudar com malas, visto entrada do prédio ter degraus, e eu ser cardíaco e diabético com 70 anos. Não sei onde estão as 4 estrelas do hotel, sei s, no passado de glórias. Carpete do corredor manchado e cheiro de mofo, além de acabamento de emenda de metal se soltando. Café da manhã só chá ou café coado, nem expresso ou chocolate, Al do adoçante se um vodra único c algas pílulas. Ou seja para um hotel 4 estrela, tos que torcer para que o céu não esteja nublado

Alles war soweit in Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals war Top. Das Frühstück war angemessen. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Saunas und einen kleinen Pool (15 Meter mit 2 Bahnen). Was uns gestört hat: Weder die Angestellten noch die anwesenden Gäste hat sich an die lokal geltenden Vorschriften zur Maskenpflicht gehalten.

Great value for money
Given the price, this was good value for money. The hotel is nice, although not in the best condition anymore but that’s to be expected. The wellness facilities are fine, saunas are very good. Parking is just behind the hotel and is free for guests I think. The only disadvantage is that it’s a little farther from the main collonades, but you can walk there in 10min
