A pleasant stay
Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅

it was ok, just because it's famous signature hotel in karlovy vary, I stay before New Year's Eve so the price is bit high, the breakfast and spa is awesome, swimming pool is fine if the price is fair, definely will go again

美好又難忘的渡假飯店
喜歡Grandhotel PUPP! 位置正核心, 飯店很美, 桑拿設施很棒, 住宿期間至少去使用一次不要浪費錯過體驗. 付費的Spa也很推薦,建議一入住就先預約、如果只有二天一夜時間,可以預約退房後的下午時間. 餐廳很美晚餐不貴, 一人套餐1350捷克幣左右. 唯一要注意的是飯店有二棟:也是本館很美的,另一是在Casino 區的別館,要確認訂到是本館否則心情會受影響 落差一看就挺大的! 離開回布拉格時請飯店幫忙叫計程車(當地無Uber服務)到bus 站 費用很合理 300捷克幣,跟來時自己在巴士站搭的計程車費一模一樣, 但車子(賓士)跟司機水準都好很多. 忘了說早餐豐富品質很好.

It's a nice hotel,we booked the cheapest room so the room was at lower floor and small,without bathtub. We had little time to travel this time so it was OK cause we didn't stay for a long time. And of course it's a pity that we didn't go to the spa. BTW parking fee was EUR15 not 14. Breakfast was good. Karlovy Vary was good, we had a good time here.

這家飯店的房間至少分為新舊兩區,除了外觀和裝潢精緻度有差別,入住登記reception櫃台也不在同一個位置。團體旅遊和亞裔會被安排到較後面且較簡樸的那一棟入住,客房內的備品兩區等級不同,我入住的這區,早餐餐廳空間非常擁擠,食物甚至比房價只有一半的飯店還差。訂房網頁並沒有告知我會被安排在不同等級的房間,感覺受到欺騙和某種歧視。另外,這裡明明是溫泉區,但是飯店的spa區域用的水卻只是普通自來水,而非有療效的溫泉水,也和期待不符。

Excellent five-star hotel
The room is very clean and the view outside the room is spectacular. Service is excellent and the front desk is very helpful. Breakfast is also very nice. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back again.

Wir haben den dreitägigen Aufenthalt im Hotel Pupp sehr genossen. Wir hatten den Riverside- Teil gebucht und das war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Alles war perfekt, das Frühstück und ganz besonders das Abendessen im Grand Restaurant waren hervorragend und man kann es als absolut "Preis wert!" bezeichnen. Das Spa ist eine wunderbare Bereicherung. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war auch prima. Jedoch habe ich auf ein stilvolles Zimmer ( wie auf den Fotos zum Hotel ) gehofft, welches zum gebuchten Hotel und Ambiente passt. Bekommen haben wir ein Hotelzimmer im Dachgeschoss. Es war eher wie eine günstige Ferienwohnung und nicht wie ein Zimmer in einem höherpreisigen Grand Hotel.

The room was described as a room with forest view. But we saw only a cooper roof and a wall from the building behind the room. This room was not acceptabel for a reservation in a 5* Hotel. It was room 101 in the building beside the hotel. So I think that the Hotel with this room said to me : Please don not come back.

ein wahnsinnig schönes Hotel in Stil der alten Grandhotels. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, ein wahnsinns Frühstück und auch sonst hat alles gepasst. zwei negative Punkte: wenn man nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht ist, ist amn gezwungen in den Spa Bereich (und auch zum Frühstück) in seinen Strassenklamotten zu gehen. Parkplätze gibt es so gut wie keine, welche kostenlos wären. 20,00 € am Tag für Hotelgäste finde ich etwas happig. Ansonsten empfehlenswert!

Review the booking carefully
We were excited to book this amazing hotel but were embarrassed when we arrived for check in and told we were actually staying across the street and canal in their ‘other’ hotel. They couldn’t find us on the check in list and then it was ‘oh there you are, you’re staying over there…’We still had access to the restaurant and fitness area but we had to bundle up each time and it took all of the magic out of the stay. With the exception of one photo on the hotels.com of the other hotel, there was no indication at all that we were staying elsewhere. With none of the convenience of the actual Pupp hotel, or access to room service etc. There wasn’t even a hotel services book in our room. We felt very removed and lesser than the other guests.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Physically beautiful with an attentive staff and excellent amenities. I was fortunate to be there during a very low tourist season so we had easy access to all spa amenities at all times without a wait. Be careful about which Pupp property your room is in. The Riverside and Parkside facilities are all connected but the Quisisnana property is across a river. When we arrived we found out we were in Quisisnana and payed an extra 50 Euro a night to upgrade to riverside - well worth it as our frequent spa trips would have been much more difficult. The area itself was gorgeous amidst heavy snow. But the hotel was the star of the show for us.

Historical property. Grand common space. Booked a corner suite in the old section but carpet & furniture are worn. Spa facilities okay but not spectacular. Food in hotel restaurants were excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Casino underwhelming. Worth it as first trip to KV but probably would stay elsewhere next time.

Beautiful property with an amazing breakfast included. Really the only point I’d make is that for a 5* spa hotel the bathrooms in the new part of the hotel were really small, brown and basic. No conditioner for hair just a 2 in 1 on the wall. Plastic tissue boxed mounted..felt old and cheap. Where the rest of the hotel and facilities are fantastic.
