In Kaysersberg Vignoble (Kientzheim), come and discover this charming apartment classified 4 **** 3 rooms 2 bedrooms in duplex.
Local shops within 1 km (post office, bakery, tobacconist, supermarket, butcher, etc...).
Private parking within the residence.
The apartment has an entrance, a living room/living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, a separate WC and a terrace.
On the 1st floor:
You will find in the living room/living room a sofa bed (for 2 people), a coffee table, a flat screen television, a table, 6 chairs and a sideboard.
You can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi connection at your leisure.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, crockery and utensils, etc.). You will also find a small bar and two stools.
You will also find an entrance with wardrobe, as well as a separate WC.
On the 2nd floor:
The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with lamps, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a desk with printer.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200), two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet and a desk.
Each bed is equipped with a sheet, a pillow per person and a duvet.
The bathroom includes a cabinet with double basins, a mirror, plenty of storage furniture, a bathtub, an electric towel rail, a washing machine, a hair dryer and a toilet.
The beds will be made upon your arrival. Bath sheets and towels will be at your disposal on site.
End of stay cleaning will be done on your departure.

Vacances familiales

Nous avons décidé de prendre ce gîte avec nos enfants et petits-enfants.L’annonce nous indiquait un gîte 6 pers et correspondait nos besoins.C’est à dire 2 chambres et 1 canapé lit .Au moment du coucher , qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise d’avoir un canapé cassé , impossible de dormir dessus. Nous avons appelé le numéro d’urgence, aucune réponse . 2 personnes ont été obligées de prendre un gîte à part pour pouvoir dormir le temps du séjour . Des frais qui n’étaient pas prévus dans le budget , facture à l’appui .Nous avons demandé un remboursement de deux nuits juste pour 2 personnes qui n’ont pas pu y dormir. La propriétaire nous a dedommagé de 100 euros , ce qui est dérisoire vu les frais engendrés . L’agence de location nous a précisé que nous aurions pu dormir par terre sur un matelas de 5 cm . A aucun moment elle ne concevait le départ des 2 pers pour dormir dans des conditions normales ailleurs. C’est bien dommage car cela ne répond pas à une location de 6 personnes, c’est donc une annonce mensongère. En feuilletant le livre d’or mis notre disposition, nous avons eu la surprise de lire les commentaires des occupants précédents qui indiquaient déjà le canapé inutilisable….Cela est donc inadmissible , car tout le monde etait au courant, c’est pour la réputation d’Abritel . On ne fera donc pas de ipublicité pour ce gîte . et pour l’agence Aparté qui s’en occupait !!!!

Beautiful place to be

Very nice apartment with a wonderful view into the vineyards. Kientzheim is a beautiful historical site, quiet and not crowded with tourists and you can have nice walks in the village and around. The apartment is fully equipped - nothing is missing. The Interior is very attractive, the beds are comfortable. It’s perfect to sit on the balcony, have a glass of wine and relax. The agency is very helpful and friendly. We’ll come back!

Toller Balkon - Tolle Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Es ist ruhig, der Ausblick vom Balkon in die Weinberge ist sehr schön. Kientzheim ist beschaulich und ruhig. Ein Spaziergang entlang der Wehrmauer zur Osterzeit ist ein Traum: Die Apfel-Baum-Allee stand in voller Blüte. Die Top-Ausflugsziele (Eguisheim. Kaysersberg, Riqwiehr, Rebeauville, Colma etc.) in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung ist schön, mit einer guten Aufteilung. Wir waren zu viert. Aus unserer Sicht auch die optimale bzw. maximale Gäste-Zahl.

beautiful location - gite quality vey good

We very much enjoyed our stay at this gite. The views from the balcony of the vineyards was lovely. The location of the gite within Kientzheim was very good, with secure parking a bonus. Kientzheim is also perfectly located for easy access to many of the most popular Alsace locations. During our stay we hired e-bikes and managed to easily cycle to Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauville from the gite. The gite had everything we needed and felt luxurious. It also had some quirky decorations, that gave it a nice personal touch. Our interaction with the letting agency was very positive. Even though their website was broken for us, the emailed instructions for entry and usage of the Gite was very clear, often with pictures. Not so keen on the need to exit the gite at 9AM on the final Saturday though, as we then spent some of Friday night packing and cleaning up, instead of just the Saturday. A few items I will share on the gite, as I would have liked to have known prior to booking: - How close are the neighbors? Close. Next balconies either side seem to have young families in them, which did result in the noise of toddler tantrums travelling, or stressed parents smoking on their balcony. Yet you could sit at the rear of the balcony in complete privacy, which we did at night, to watch the stars. This was very enjoyable. - Can bikes be securely locked? Yes - we found a post to lock to, but it was not clear whether we should lock them there. As the gite is within a locked compound, security is already pretty good. - Will the bells be a problem from the church next door? Bells seemed to stop at 11 and start again at 6, chiming at every quarter of an hour. Apart from Wednesday, when we had some bells going off at 3AM. But we were not disturbed by the bells. Overall - very happy with our stay at this gite. If we are back in the Alsace in the future, we would be keen to rent this gite again.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ideal für das Erkunden des südlichen Elsass' per Fuss, Rad oder Auto. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Un appartement et un village d’un charme exceptionnel !

Mon mari et moi-même sommes rentrés enchantés de cette semaine dans ce charmant appartement (très calme, coquet, confortable, d’une propreté irréprochable). Tout est pensé et respectueux du locataire, de la cuisine (bien équipée), au salon (canapés en cuir très confortables) aux chambres très agréables en duplex (de grandes penderies, des lits très confortables) dont les fenêtres donnent sur les vignes et le village… Le village de Kienthzeim a beaucoup de charme lui aussi ! Il est si paisible, si coquet avec ses maisons alsaciennes fleuries et fraichement peintes, ses petits restaurants. Il est niché au pied des monts et des vignobles à flancs de coteaux , ceint de petites fortifications restaurées, d’un chemin de ronde pavé et d’allées bordées de cerisiers… Une Eglise en grès des Vosges jouxte la propriété et la cloche plutôt musicale ne nous a pas gênés, au contraire ! Nous tenons à souligner la qualité de l’accueil très prévenant de Lucie et d’Anne de l’Agence En Apparté qui gère la location de cet appartement dans lequel nous retournerons avec grand plaisir… !

Wir waren für eine Woche in der schönen Wohnung in Kaysersberg. Sie ist geschmackvoll, hochwertig und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderbar und das Örtchen Kientzheim malerisch! Wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, kann einen die Glocke des benachbarten Kirchturms stören. Wir haben mit "Ohrenstopfen" prima geschlafen. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!
