This place is probably the best overall condo rental I have stayed in. Cleanliness was excellent, amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for us. I would recommend it to anyone interested in this area and I will definitely be staying here again.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Lovely area with trees and flowers. We really enjoyed the stay. Note: there is no elevator, so consider this when packing your winter bags; summer ones are so much lighter! We highly recommend this property.

The bus to Keystone is right outside the parking. Note: if it’s early season you need to call them to pick you up, but it only takes 10 minutes for them to arrive. There is also an amazing walk just down the path where there is a stream and picturesque views. Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great for our group. The wood burning fireplace with the provided wood was a very nice touch. Nice sized living room and couch. We skied Friday and Saturday and used the condo to relax in each evening. The hot tub/pool are located just across from the condo and felt great to relax in after a day on the slopes! The place is located less than a mile from Keystone, so it's a great commute if you are skiing there or any of the nearby mountains. The one bit of feedback we would give is to make sure there are dishcloths and dish towels available in the kitchen. Paper towels are available, but when trying to hand wash dishes and then dry them, it makes it difficult. Overall, this place was as described and very cozy. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo provided all the amenities of home. It was a very nice and spacious place, but had a major drawback. We have visited many cities in Colorado during July and realize most accommodations don't provide central air of any kind. This unit was located on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms faced west. The evening sun would beat in the rooms leaving them extremely hot. Both the master bedroom and additional bedroom had a span of windows with blinds, but no curtains. The room probably got near 85 degrees. At night all 5 of us had to sleep in the living area because it was so hot. We did run the fan, but that didn't help. And leaving the windows open was not an option because of the extreme dryness. I highly recommend these rooms get curtains, so they can be drawn during the afternoon/evening to keep the rooms from overheating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay last year through the same Vrbo property. Great place in 2023.Our stay this year was different. My family arrived early I called to see if we could check in. I was told the unit is ready but has to me inspected.That they’d call me once it’s ready... they never called. Upon arrive I did not do my own inspection. It was all obvious. Several TP rolls on the spindle has black mold all throughout the roll, the humidifiers had flaky of mold, chandelier missing a bulb, rocking chair seat blown out/broken and a tiny tv in the master 19” screen complimented with a tiny second humidifier which is critical in Colorado for ski season. Had to refill it every 3 hours sorta annoying. I’d of not said anything on any of these topics until I saw the mold plus the main entrance door to the unit wasn’t closing all the way so didn’t lock. I had my 3 teenage daughters with me didn’t like that security issue either. It all compounded into enough to take my time to write this review. Even worse I said all the above to their check-in survey & their response asked me to reiterate it to a housekeeping link on day one of our trip.... 5 days later nothing was addressed. We won’t be rent here anymore on our annual ski trip. Yuck
