The hotel is huge in size and the services are completed except that it is a bit old. The only issues is that it is a bit old and if the facilities provided (swimming pool, etc.)are more open to the customers will be better.

Though the hotel itself is not a modern one, the facilities and outlets of the hotel are great! Especially, the room size is spacious. The staff is always considering their customers.

There are two wings of the hotel, the west wing is the older part I guess.
The hotel provides kid’s amenity.
The shuttle bus to JR Osaka station is very convenient

Alll the food is way over priced and not as good as a random restaurant you could find within a 10min walk.
The bar was overpriced considering the 711 in the basement sellls same drink for 100-200 yen.
