Hotel Hankyu International was not our primary choice.
Due to availability of other hotels nearby Umeda Station, we selected Hankyu Int'l this time.
During our stay, we encountered the Osaka earthquake on the morning of June 18.
The prompt reaction dealing with quake, efficient SOP management towards disaster, and the after quake caring and services to the in-house guests (i.e. delivery refreshment to guests, constantly keep guests informed with updates, etc), all shown the professionalism and well-trained services.
