不滿:整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
Worst stay. Check in with AGODA instead.
When we arrived in regalia, the contact they gave us is not reachable. Second, they delayed our check in time because they said that last who stayed before us left a little late. So we check in an hour late but they advice us to check out at 12. So our check in is 3 and check out at 12. ☹️
Next, when we arrrived at the place, it smells like rotten rat. They have no tissue. The bed covers makes your whole body itch. The heater is not working, the AC is not cold that we have to sleep with less clothes. They have no WiFi as they claim to have. The TV is not working. They don’t have any means to charge your gadgets because they don’t have adaptors. It’s so NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY. their utensils and all things are dirty. No at least a bottle of water or tea or coffee. No tissue in the restroom, the body and shampoo are used even the soap. The floors are dirty that you can feel dust in the your feet.
Basically the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never trust hotels again. I should have booked with AGODA.
