At first night in hotel, my room was very stuffy but I could not find out the way to turn on the air-con. I called and a male staff came to my room helping me turned on something what he claimed was air-con. After a while, my room was much hotter and stuffy than before. I guessed the male staff helped me to turn on heater. I was disappointed so I called again. Another male staff came and told me my room didn’t have any air-con but only heater, he just told me to open window then left. I was a bit angry actually because he just disappointed me again and ask me to open window and left, even nor try to provide any help. However that time was late and I was tired so I just tolerated and opened the stupid window which was very difficult to be opened and tried to sleep. The point is! The room would be too cold if I keep the window opening, as outside temperature was very low during midnight. Also, outside was very noisy in early morning due to the construction works nearby with noise produced by cars passing by... I could just barely sleep few hours... I was really disappointed and not happy with my experience. I asked for help the next day again. And I met the front office staff Ms. Sato. Although maybe she could not understand and explain very well in English, I did see her effort trying to listen to and help me. And finally she did help me to change to another room with air-con system. I really appreciate her and thanked her so much. Ms. Sato is a professional hotelier.
