Front Desk 員工態度不太友善，不太懂英文。房係中央空調，如要較涼d員工叫我開窗。第一晚冇樽裝水供應以為就係冇啦，第二晚回房有番兩樽水，咁代表求其囉！泊車場較遠，不是相連的。其實每次都係冇選擇先㨂APA。

應該是這一帶最好的選擇。 樓下有超市及便利店，走到 outlet 跟旁近一個大商場，不用十分鐘，購物及食飯都方便。 走到美觀地也是十幾分鐘。

交通便利，經濟實惠
飯店的位置就在倉敷車站右邊的大樓11F上面。對面是天滿屋百貨，還有星巴克咖啡。附近離倉敷美觀地區很近，走路約5-10分鐘即可抵達。是到倉敷旅遊的好選擇。 雖然是日式連鎖旅館，有雙人大床，可惜這間沒有日式大浴場可以泡湯。算是經濟實惠的價格。

At first night in hotel, my room was very stuffy but I could not find out the way to turn on the air-con. I called and a male staff came to my room helping me turned on something what he claimed was air-con. After a while, my room was much hotter and stuffy than before. I guessed the male staff helped me to turn on heater. I was disappointed so I called again. Another male staff came and told me my room didn’t have any air-con but only heater, he just told me to open window then left. I was a bit angry actually because he just disappointed me again and ask me to open window and left, even nor try to provide any help. However that time was late and I was tired so I just tolerated and opened the stupid window which was very difficult to be opened and tried to sleep. The point is! The room would be too cold if I keep the window opening, as outside temperature was very low during midnight. Also, outside was very noisy in early morning due to the construction works nearby with noise produced by cars passing by... I could just barely sleep few hours... I was really disappointed and not happy with my experience. I asked for help the next day again. And I met the front office staff Ms. Sato. Although maybe she could not understand and explain very well in English, I did see her effort trying to listen to and help me. And finally she did help me to change to another room with air-con system. I really appreciate her and thanked her so much. Ms. Sato is a professional hotelier.

離車站超近的飯店
離車站超近的飯店,一出車站就可以看到,很醒目,check in速度很快,房間不大但該有的都有,空調是旋鈕式的不好調溫度,床很好睡被子超暖,但枕頭太扁,早餐普普,wifi速度快

Thank you for your staying with us here APA HOTEL. Thank you for your valuable opinion. Our hotel is very close to nearest KURASHIKI station. It takes 1 minute on foot. However, we are sorry for inconvenience of cooling system. Hotel system is runnning cooling, so you cannot ccchange the system. We can lend blanket or fan. We also lend featers pillow, so please tell us feel free. We certainly hope we will have the opportunity to serve you again.

距離JR倉敷站的改札口非常非常近，約莫兩三分鐘。建築可能是因為已經有些歷史了，雖然旅館設備略老舊，但可以體會到打掃人員的用心。

飯店要從車站聯通通道過去的大樓轉搭電梯上樓才是櫃台，指示不是很清楚，稍微找了下路才找到。雖然有點老舊，但距離車站很近對於早出晚歸的旅客非常方便!

Nice and affordable
Located just 1 minute from railway station, however we went there by car. Bad place if you have car because crossing the railway is nightmare. Good if you go by train...room is quite big but a bit outdated. I accidentally cut my foot because of the edge of the bed frame which the fabric on it is teared.

不会介紹比朋友 酒店提供的停車場並不方便,拖住D行來行老遠的

酒店位置極佳，附近行商場及outlet非常方便，房間新入住時整潔度都唔錯，因本人連住三晚，發覺第二朝執房沒有更換枕頭套，因為本人容易流牙血，當晚發覺枕頭套血蹟還在。
