This spacious and bright villa offers an ideal living space for a family or friends vacation. As soon as you enter, you discover a large living room that opens onto a beautiful terrace. The fully equipped American kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave) invites you to prepare delicious meals to share.



On the ground floor, two bedrooms are available: one with a double bed and a closet, the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete this floor. You will also find in the double garage a washing machine, as well as a pool table and a ping-pong table for your entertainment.



Upstairs, two more bedrooms welcome you: one with bunk beds and another with a double bed. Each bedroom offers an open view of the garden and the heated private pool. A shower room with toilet is also available on this floor.



The 1,000 m² garden is a true haven of peace. You can relax on the sun loungers, share a convivial meal around the barbecue or enjoy the shade of the porch.
