L hotel est très confortables chambres propres et literie extra Le personnel aux petits soins. Pour les personnes qui ont un chien , pleins d herbes et de promenades autour de l hôtel . Juste les terrasses qui pourraient êtres rafraîchies . Déjeuner extra et restaurant idem.

Good food and friendly team
Visited for a cycling event. The hotel arranged an early breakfast for cyclists, which was kind, and there was space to store the bikes overnight. We also had dinner in the hotel the night before: everything we had was good quality, though some may feel there is limited choice on the menu. The rooms are no-frills with the Ibis "pod" type shower room. Perfectly fine, clean and comfortable.

Bij aankomst receptie teleurstellend niet klantvriendelijk geen uitleg trek u plan zelfs na we klacht gingen melden van de kamer die echt klein was en waar zekers veeel voor betaald is een oudbollige kamer en tja dat je me 3 koppels samen boekt en 2 ervan krijgen oudbollig en 1 was luxe ? het enigste was dat de manager er niet was niets meer VOOR gedaan ontbijt steeds tzelfde Kamers wegens corona geen poets wil je handdoeken ga zelfs maar halen wc papier op ga zelfs maar halen terras vies en verwarming oudbollige elektriek vuur wel heel milieuvriendelijk, Dit hotel MOET dringend verfraaing doen ook klantvriendelijkheid bij aankomst zou aangenaam zijn enigste was avondbar dat redelijk ok was ook al was de bestelling niet altijd juist toch was dit het enigste Voor kamer geef ik een 3 Voor vriendelijkheid receptie 2 Voor ontbijt 5 Voor de uitcheck een 2 dat was ook echt tegen haar goesting en zo onvriendelijk Dus personeel mag leren van een smile op hun face en waar kan ook te helpen en niet negeren en of zeggen de manager is er nNiet Dringend update kamers en niet zo onvriendelijk zijn

Fausse indication.
Séjour pour skier à la bresse hohneck. Il est indiqué sur la description de l’hôtel que la station est à 1 minutes à pieds…En fait elle est à 10kms de l’hôtel… Je trouve vraiment ça dommage puisque j’ai choisi cet hôtel en fonction de la station la plus proche. Chambre avec odeur de fausse septique ( salle de bain collée à la chambre… Chambre propre et confortable, dîner et petit déjeuner de bonne qualité.

Nach 5 Std. Fahrt kommen wir an, freuen uns auf das Abendessen. Da wird uns mitgeteilt: heute kein Restaurantbetrieb. Auch im Ort war alles geschlossen. Zum Glück fanden wir eine Bäckerei, die belegte Brote verkaufte. Alles mit Wasser runtergespült! Weder deutsche noch englische Fernsehsender, nie wieder bei der Accor-Hotelkette übernachten!!! Badezimmer war ein runder Plastikkasten, der im Zimmer stand, furchtbar!
