Cozy Mountain House- Rest, Relax, and Rejuvenate

Welcome to our Cozy Mountain Retreat!
The moment you walk in, you’ll feel right at home. Our quaint cabin is perfect for couples or small family getaways and is situated on a very quiet street. We’re just a 5-minute drive to Bruin Woods and 10 minutes to The Village. Nearby, you’ll find plenty of activities—hiking, picnicking, shopping, dining in The Village, Blue Jay, and Cedar Glen, and we’re only 9 miles from Lake Gregory. Our home is your cozy, relaxing home away from home. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck while listening to the birds, taking in the stunning views, and stargazing at night.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans, a coffee maker, toaster, and basic cooking utensils. We provide a few spices, but if you’re planning to prepare an elaborate meal, we recommend bringing your own, as the kitchen includes only standard cookware. Please avoid overloading the dishwasher when in use.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed. The downstairs bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed and two additional twin beds.
We have two full bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—each stocked with high-end complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a 1 oz bar soap.

You are welcome to use the BBQ grill; however, propane is not provided.
The smart TV is available for use—please sign in with your own Netflix or Hulu account.

NOTE: Maximum stay is 7 days.

Guests will receive the lockbox code to access the house key 2 days before check in.
Parking is available on the deck with space for two vehicles. No street parking is allowed per San Bernardino County short-term residential parking code section 84.28.060. Carpooling is recommended.

We do not have trash pick-up service, but you may leave your trash for the cleaning crew for a small fee of $25 (1–2 bags).

Beaches and lake access are restricted to residents only.
During winter, please check the weather before driving up, as we do not issue refunds due to road closures. AWD/tire chains are required in snowy conditions.
In high wind-driven fire conditions, DWP may shut off power automatically. We do not have a generator. In a winter power outage, the fireplace is the only source of heat. Please consider these possibilities before booking, as refunds will not be issued for these scenarios.
