Great house!

Rented this house for a family get together and it could have been more perfect. Very big and spacious house, with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate large families. Grounds and house were in great condition and made the get away realy enjoyable!

Great Family Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the home is great for families, most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom which is nice for a family with kids. The property is really pretty as well. We saw so many deer and even a woodpecker!

Lovely mountain retreat

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property in Lake Harmony. The house was so nice and had a very cozy vibe. There were nine of us and we were all very comfortable with the bedrooms and the bathroom accommodations. We especiallyoyed sitting outside by the fire pit. We would most definitely go back to this house again!

The property offers a harmonious peaceful setting with ample of space to entertain people and connect with nature as a few deers came by in the backyard. We also enjoyed the porch which offered an additional isolated space to relax.

This place is amazing! Spacious and clean, it was a perfect place to gather for an an adults’ getaway! The host was responsive and the house was well-equipped and beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay, and will absolutely return!

Overall great house!

The house was very nice, it had everything we needed! There was a speaker so we could play music and the backyard was spacious and had a nice sitting area. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great House for a friend's weekend getaway

The house had ample bedrooms and bathrooms and was very well laid out, with an open concept. The kitchen was HUGE and great for multiple people in there working together. The outdoor area was perfect as well. The deck was just right for cornhole and a wonderful fire pit with seating for 10! We all loved the spot and stated we would stay here again without hesitation.

Weekend getaway

The home was nice. Property Manager was very nice and responsive. I liked the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It worked well for us. The living space was good size. Kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. Only has one TV though. It would be nice to have several more especially in the master bedroom and bedroom off the living room. It was too cold, so we were unable to take advantage of the side porch. Foyer could use extra rugs during snowy months. It is slippery when wet. It would have been nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Lots of deer around which was exciting for the kids to watch. The home does need a little TLC due to age, but overall, we enjoyed it.

Magnificent !!!!

Wonderful house! We loved all the rooms and spaces to hang out, especially the screened in porch. Unfortunately, it rained so we were not able to use the beautiful deck and fire pit ! Kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Amenities were plentiful, except we could have used more towels .

The house was lovely and just as stated. We enjoyed being together, making smores around the fire pit and the beautiful golf course. The check-in was easy and Guillermo was very helpful with texting about things to do in the area. However next time we rent we'll be looking for a house with a washer and dryer, lake access and a game room.

Memories Made

The property was more than we expected. It fit our family of 10 perfectly. The area is quiet and plenty of space for both adults and kids. The cul de sac was the perfect place for the kids to ride bike. The backyard, although small, gave us plenty of space. We got to watch some golfers and deer roam the fairways. The only advice I would give is that the fire pit area is an accident waiting to happen. It is not level and the stepping stones on top of the crushed stone were very uneven. We were always telling the kids to be careful. We also had 2 elderly family members who were very care as to not trip. The house was well equipped and the kitchen was spacious with multiple work stations. My family can’t wait to return to this location next year

Beware!

We are being generous in granting this listing a 1-star! To say we were disappointed in our much-anticipated family Christmas vacation at this vacation property would be an understatement. The property was misrepresented! We chose this vacation house to take advantage of the ski-in/ski-out listed and the advertised lakefront, neither of which existed. The listed pull-out bed couch in the living room was also inaccurate as it was non-existent (see picture below). A further misrepresentation was the listed access to the resort promising golf, waterpark, basketball, volleyball, etc. We were refused admittance even when offering to pay! Further, the neighborhood showed hostility with the signs posted in various yards. (see below). Nice escape

My friends and I like to get away annually, and we were lucky enough to stumble on this property in the Poconos. Nice and quiet for us and close to all the offerings of the area, especially golf. House had everything we needed. Will go back with the opportunity.

Great family vacation location

This place was absolutely beautiful... next to the Golf Course Very spacious, open and the high ceilings made the place very welcome. Large living room, huge well equipped kitchen with 5 bedrooms (3 with attached baths) & 4.5 baths and & a loft made it perfect for our family of 14 The back yard with a small bridge, sitting area, the hammocks et all were an added touch... The young children really enjoyed running around. The restaurant at the golf club resort (about 1/2 mile from this beautiful house) was really nice with a great menu for vegetarian dishes Guillermo was very responsive with details and information. He was always prompt & helpful...Thanks A very minor issue - the city name of the address needs to be correct as there is another place (about 2 miles away) which has a similar address.

Beautiful house

11 of us stayed at the house and had a great time, but there were a few caveats I wish I had known before arriving. First, most of the backyard is a golf course, which is not totally clear from the photos or listing. What is usable of the backyard + fire pit is lovely, though! Second, you will need to bring in pretty much *everything* you need, there is not a stockpile of paper towels or cleaning supplies as can sometimes be the case at VRBOs. There was an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and garbage bags + dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink, but there zero extra paper towels and not enough bath towels for all of us, so if you're planning to hit the nearby lake beach I would definitely advise bringing extra towels. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, coffee pot, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and mugs, but I would not advise relying on the leftover stockpile from other guests when it comes to cooking supplies. Again, we had a wonderful time at the property, but had I known some of these things ahead of time and prepared for them it would have made the experience even better. The host was responsive when contacted, but generally we found it easier to run out and get our own additional supplies. Great house though!
