環境問題，在該區用餐，縱使在酒店用餐，都要不停趕烏蠅。 酒店自助早餐選擇及味道比自助晚餐好。 自助早餐款式多，味道好，自助晚餐款式少，味道一般，散叫好過。 泳池不俗，人唔多，但泳池用的毛巾有漬。

早餐豐富好吃，服務人員很親切，環境設備很完善，附近有超市，但週遭的餐廳偏貴都韓式居多，小心附近路上閒逛會搭姍的菲律賓人，會使小手段讓你付高額的費用而且不找錢!!!!! 唯一缺點是房間內無無線網路可使用，覺得非常的訝異。

良かった点: スタッフの方々は、皆さんフレンドリーで親身にリクエストに対応して頂きました。 プールは場所によって深さにバリエーションがあり、泳ぎが得意な息子たちは、深さのあるエリアで思い切り遊んでいました。 ホテル直結のビーチは、広さこそあまりないものの、マリンアクティビティもその場で申し込んで遊ぶことができ、思い切り楽しめました。 部屋からの眺望も良く、リゾート感を満喫できました。 以下に気になった点も書きますが、総合的にはかなり満足です！ 気になった点: WI-FIの通信が安定せず、ネットワークアクセスできないことがしばしばありました。ホテルの問題というよりは、周辺エリアのネットワークインフラの問題かもですが。 エアコンが数時間稼働していると止まってしまい、寝ている間に止まって、つかなくなるということがありました。2回ほどそういう事象があった後、フロントに連絡して対処してもらった後は問題なかったですが。 朝食については、セブだとこんなものなのかもですが、台湾やホーチミンでいくつか泊まったホテル（3つ星-4つ星）と比べると、バリエーションが少なかったです。

Nice facility and food but the private beach was a bit small and not really suitable for swimming (just water sports). We did like the large pool and used that a number of times.

Amazing 😍
Hotel was incredible. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They organized day trips for us and booked restaurants for dinners. The room was cleaned every day and the facilities were luxurious. We particularly loved the bar upstairs called 801 which had 2 for 1 happy hr drinks. Thank you so much for having us!

We had a good stay overall. Dining option was great, food and service too is great Beach access is available but not ideal for swimming . Water appears polluted with a lot of debris and is not an option.as far as we are concerned. Big and clean swimming pool made a great substitute.

スタッフは皆フレンドリーに接してくれ、滞在中不快な思いをすることは一切無かったです。 ホテルから歩いて2・3分のところにスーパーマーケットと、その道の反対側にはマックとマッサージ店が集まった店があるのでとても便利で重宝しました。 スーパーにはATMもあります。 敷地のビーチは狭く、水はそこそこキレイですが、海底はぬるぬるした堆積物と岩で遊ぶには適してません…。 プールでのんびりするには良いと思います。 ゲストは欧米人と韓国人が多くみられました。 ホテル内にはレストランが２ヶ所あったので、夜も出歩かずに済みました。

Didn't have wi-fi to which they know and didn't disclose prior to check in. Would not refund. Asked for room service twice and didn't receive until asking to speak to manger. Will never stay there again. Pool closes at 7:pm and beach at 5 pm.

Check in was horrible at first as the first person to check me in did not understand the room that I booked. My room allowed 4 people per the room description where as the desk person wanted me to get an extra room. Seems after a few phone calls on their part it turned out I was correct. Manager gave me gave me free breakfast for the fourth person for my troubles. Food and service was good from then on.

We were very disappointed being our 2 nd stay here , As we found the breakfast Buffet selection below average and the quality of the food was below average . The staff lacked basic catering and communication skills . Our room suffered plumbing problems and the shower had low pressure issues . The Hotel seemed more focussed on running venues for the locals rather than looking after their hotel guests . We definitely won’t be staying here again .

The family suite is minimally furnished. There is one underpowered AC unit in the whole place which did not do the job. We received minimal towels and they limited us to one roll of toilet paper per day for a family of 4. Their restaurant is seriously overpriced and getting transportation from the resort into Moalboal is gouging. Our reservation was for 5 nights. We left early. Do not recommend for the price.

The room was sizable. Room refrigerator needed replaced, restaurant has limited menu in evening, pool closes at 7pm, bar and restaurant only open on weekends, diving shop is in a dungeon looking basement and they do not have boat, jet skiis not available after 4pm, does not have a beach to speak of and the beach next to it is veryy dirty, there are local people begging at the shore, the hotel does not have a concierge... I asked for the hotel to help with things I wanted to do multiple times and they just agree but never do. Property that is to the peft side of it is old and shanty. This hotel does not warrant the price they charge. THEY SHOULD TAKE RESORT OUT OF THE NAME. If I paid less than $100USD per night, I would have different expectations.

Everything worked as it suppose to. Room was nice. But beach closes at 5pm, pool at 6pm i think? Kind of early. Breakfast was decent but left something to be desired. For cost of hotel, I wouldve liked pool and beach open longer as we are adults capable of making our own choices.

何度か宿泊しています。スタッフはいつも気持ちの良い接客をしてくれます。部屋は今回はプールサイドの小さな部屋でしたが、清潔で落ち着けました。スパも利用しましたが、雰囲気、施術、料金（ディスカウントをしていてヒロットマッサージが９０分1600ペソ）大変満足できました。朝ごはんもコロナ前より美味しくなってる気がしました。品数等は同じです。 細かい事なのですが、部屋の備品でコーヒーを毎日2パック置いてもらえるのですが、足りないので、同じ商品をスーパーで買って、同じところに置いていたのですが、掃除の際に没収されていました（笑）間違えたのだと思います。
