You'll love its location close to the coast and its ideal east/west double exposure, so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long around the barbecue or on the sun loungers.
The house is located in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful holiday.
This house can accommodate up to 8 people (4 bedrooms).
Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1 with two 80cm beds, storage space.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140cm), storage space and access to the garden.
- Shower room.
- Garage/utility room with washing machine.
- Separate WC.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 3 with two 90cm beds or one 180cm bed, storage space.
- Fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, toaster, coffee machine and dining table seating 8.
- Lounge/dining room with armchair, coffee table, TV and dining table.
- Bathroom with WC.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4 with bed 160, storage and its private shower room, wc.
Outside:
