The ice machine was out of order on my floor, called the front desk was told it has been out for weeks and then instructed to walk to the floor below to get ice since you need a key card to only access your room floor. Very inconvenient and staff didn't offer to provide customer service. There wasn't complimentary coffee for the rooms. There is a market to buy water and snacks in the hotel near the elevators to the rooms. I wish that could have had a coffee station for guests either free or for purchase. My husband and I can't do alot of walking bad knees so we had to walk through the casino to get to Starbucks or go outside the hotel to get coffee, not very convenient. Otherwise it was a nice clean room with beautiful view.
