“Nice staff”

“I stayed for three days, and during my stay, there was no power or water service for approximately half a day. Unfortunately, there was no prior notification of the outage, nor did the staff provide any assistance or communication during that time. What made the situation even more frustrating was that all the neighboring buildings appeared to have power, suggesting that the issue was isolated to this property. This significantly affected my stay and was disappointing due to the lack of……

“This is a super nice newly renovated hotel in central Rome with large rooms, marble bathrooms, and very cold AC after a day in the hot sun. Great staff is friendly and super helpful. There is a grocery market next door, and several good restaurants.”
