ProsPriced reasonably - good value. Outside terrace was spacious. Pool was clean and private. Closeness to beaches on east side of island Welcome from the manager. A/C was goodGood wifiClean ConsPlage de Petit Havre is a very popular beach for families and surfers. Parking was a nightmare every day. If you left the residence during the day, you could not plan to come back until a least 5:00 pm or you would not find a place to park.The apartment needs some TLC and maintenance. The pictures in the listing were from a better time for this condo. Tape peeling off the fridge, fan on the terrace had a badly bent blade - I was able to straighten it out enough to use it. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but needed some utensils - no wine glasses, no egg flipper

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location qui est vraiment bien équipée et bien située près de la plage. La piscine est un plus et est vraiment agréable. C'est une petite propriété de quelques gîtes très calme. La climatisation dans la chambre est vraiment agréable pour la nuit. Un petit bémol sur le wifi qui ne passe pas très bien dans le gîte mais très bien sur la terrasse.

Un appartement tres bien situé a 100 m de la plage du petit havre (notre preferee) un petit restaurant pour dépannage à proximite les pizzas sont meilleures que les plats .. Par contre personnel sympas Non loin grande surfaces et divers commerces marché de ste anne non loin Nous recommandons cette location et nous reviendrons .. Sylvie et Daniel

Charmant Appartement situé à 2 pas de la mer ( petit bémol, pendant mon séjour la plage a été fermé pour problème d’écoulement de la station d’épuration…) Bien aménagé et confortable appart j’y ai passé 1 semaine à profiter de la mer et de la piscine. J’y ai trouvé tout ce dont j’y avais besoin. Calme, des voisins sympathiques, la nature magnifique, l’observation aquatique… j’y reviendrai certainement avec ma famille peut être même faire du surf!!

Nice location close to the beach and swimming pool. Clean with good hot water and pressure. Parking was hard to get before 5pm because of the beach goers. One of our priorities was a place with a washer. It was listed as having one, but there was not. If you wanted anything washed, do it yourself in the sink, or ask the caretaker, if you could find her, and she would do it for 5 EU. No dish washing liquid, paper towels, hand soap, or extra trash bags. Only one partial roll of toilet paper. Liquid soap dispensers out. A little disappointed over those things.

Localisation Très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge : accès direct plage familiale. Rando possibles au départ de cette zone. Plage kitesurf juste après. Restaurant midi ouvert pratique également. Appartement propre, bonne literie, y compris le canapé lit. Piscine à côté, bien entretenue. Beaucoup de monde le week-end et les fins de journée pour se garer mais en anticipant on s’en est toujours sorti! Pas déçu de l’appartement et sa localisation.

La description de l'appartement est conforme : dans une petite résidence avec piscine, bien équipé, terrasse agréable, pas de vis à vis, très proche d'une plage très appréciable, et proche également de 2 petites criques nettement moins fréquentées et tout aussi typiques. Le bémol pour nous a été de pouvoir rentrer en contact avec le gestionnaire (propriétaire très à l'écoute mais gestionnaire peu présent sur place et absent lors de notre départ). Autre chose, la plage est très appréciée, du coup il est difficile de se garer devant la résidence en pleine journée. Mais nous recommandons vivement.

Die einzige einschränkung ist die regelmässige ,nächtliche wasserabschaltung einmal pro Woche in der region wegen struktureller probleme dergesamten wasserversorgung auf der Insel. Wir hatten das pech,dass die abschaltung über drei Tage dauerte. Aber zum Glück gibt es den schönen pool und das nahe meer.

Très bien accueillis par des hotes ayant l'envie de vous faire partager leur culture,découvrir leurs produits locaux ainsi que nous orienter sur des itinéraires des balades à faire dans les environs proches.Le logement est conforme à l'annonce et la plage est encore plus chouette en vraie qu'en photos.Avons passé un excellent séjour. Reviendrons. Merci encore à Rudy pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.
