Lovely property

The place is exactly as it looks on pictures. Extremely well stocked, basically it has everything you need (from coffee pods to oil) Michael is very friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect to explore both the camargue and the provance.

Sehr schƶne und sehr gut ausgestattete Villa, wobei sich ein neuer Anstrich des GebƤudes lohnen wĆ¼rde (vor allem im Terrassenbereich). Check-IN vor Ort war einfach und sehr freundlich. AbschlieƟbare und gesicherte Einzelgarage steht kostenlos zur VerfĆ¼gung. Sehr groƟe Terrasse mit Ć¼berdachtem Pool (ca. 3m x 5m). Die Terrasse ist in Richtung Osten ausgerichtet und somit nachmittags und abends ohne Sonneneinstrahlung. Sehr schƶne StrƤnde in dieser Region. Kulinarisch ist diese Region TOP. Um zu FuƟ in das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen muss man ca. 3 km zurĆ¼cklegen (45 Minuten).

Wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen in einer heiƟen Zeit am Meer. GroƟ, sehr gut ausgestattet, klimatisiert, ruhig und sehr privat. Wir konnten alle AusflĆ¼ge machen und sind tƤglich gern in diese Oase der Ruhe und KĆ¼hle zurĆ¼ckgekehrt. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r alles!

Ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage zwischen anderen Villen. FĆ¼r Urlaub mit Hund optimal geeignet, da ein kleiner Garten die Villa von 3 Seiten umgibt, in der unser haariger Freund frei herumtollen durfte (ausbruchsicher!!!). 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen kleinen See, optimal zum joggen oder einen Morgen-/ Abendspaziergang zu unternehmen. Auch einige Restaurants kƶnnen von der Villa aus in 15 Minuten zu FuƟ erreicht werden. Zum Strand muss man allerdings mehr Zeit einplanen oder das Auto nehmen. Die Villa besitzt auch einen kleinen Parkplatz, in dem das Auto sicher im Hof geparkt werden kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine super Zeit dort!

Superbes vacances d'automne

Super sejour debut octobre! Super contact avec les proprietaires, tres efficace. La meteo nous a meme permise de profiter de la piscine avec les enfants Juste une surprise: le Super U situƩ a proximitƩ a fermƩ fin septembre pour la saison hivernale alors pour faire les courses il fallait compter sur le velo ou la voiture.

AprĆØs un chaleureux accueil par M. et Mme. Beaulieu nous avons passĆ© une trĆØs agrĆ©able semaine de vacances dans la maison. La description sur le site correspond Ć  tout point de vue avec la rĆ©alitĆ©. La maison est bien situĆ©e dans un quartier calme et Ć  lā€™abri des regards des voisins. La piscine est apprĆ©ciable pour se rafraichir aprĆØs une visite sous le soleil du Sud. Et pour les plus frileux il y a le jacuzzi. La cuisine et trĆØs spacieuse et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©. Le frigo amĆ©ricain qui fournit Ć  la demande des glaƧons et de lā€™eau fraiche cā€™est top quand il faut chaud. La chambre parental est aussi trĆØs grande et avec des larges placards intĆØgres. Il y a amplement de la place pour ranger ces affaires. La maison est un bon point de dĆ©part pour explorer les environs. Nous vous la conseillons sans hĆ©sitations.

Perfektes Haus mit genialer Lage

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Urlaub in Le Grau du Roi. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schƶn und komfortabel eingerichtet (die KĆ¼che und der Wohnbereich sind genial), sondern auch der Gartenbereich mit Grill und der Pool sowie der Whirlpool haben uns und den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl der Pool unbeheizt ist, war er im Juni schon angenehm warm. Das Haus liegt schƶn ruhig, aber nur wenige Meter vom nƤchsten Supermarkt (Super U Express) entfernt. Mit den FahrrƤdern waren wir in ca. 10-15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum bzw. an der Promenade bzw. in ca. 20 Minuten am herrlichen Plage de l'Espiguette. Auch SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten wie Aigues Mortues sind mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungen Urlaub und wĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen!
