This beautiful house is located in the heart of Miraflores district. It's been renovated/furnished for your comfort and features wooden floors, granite counter top in the kitchen, fast/reliable wi-fi, cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, one car garage, washer and dryer. The house is very conveniently located to parks, supermarket Wong, many restaurants, 10 minutes walking distance to Park Kennedy, Ovalo Miraflores, 15 minutes walk to Larcomar Shopping Center/beachfront. The house has 3 floors with a rooftop. 1st floor: the renovated kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. 2nd floor: the three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (also renovated) and loft with a sofa bed. 3rd floor - rooftop: full bath, laundry and sitting area to relax/chat/play cards with a view of city skylines. Parking: 1 car inside garage, 1 car outside garage private parking spot, and also street parking available next to the house.

It was a very spacious and comfortable stay. The area is also quite and safe. We had a wonderful time.

Location and safety were number one priority in our list and the house was perfect in that regard. The neighborhood is safe and there is a guard 24 hrsx7 Just accross the street. The property manager was a pleasure to work with facilitating the check in and check out process. We enjoyed having plenty of space to meet with family and friends including a terrace with seating area and BBQ.
