Great location overall for easy shopping, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained property. On the other hand, my bed needed an upgrade and limited vegan breakfast options.

Lovely helpful staff and close to everything that a tourist would like to see. Loud music one night downstairs was noisy though and woke me up.

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Diego- Guest relations provided excellent tips and guidance. The breakfast had many optioms to meet different dietaary needs. Very close to the Avenida metro station. Located at the center of the Avenida da Liberdade street. We walked to Baixa Chiado, Rossi station and many other parts of the city. Excellent plant based options nearby ( Honest greens)

Hotel is not 4 star, stayed at other 4* and definitely more luxurious. No robes, slippers supplied. Hotel is extremely tired looking and worn out. Funny smell in room. Strange design in shower room which when you closed the door the water leaks onto the floor. House keeping still hadn’t cleaned the room by 17.30. On the positive side, close to metro and local attractions

It was handily placed just off one of the main roads in Lisbon. Unfortunately some work was being done on the roof of the building which meant noise from 8am. The building next door was also being worked on. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom shower was badly designed making it difficult to get in and out of.

the breakfast was only about a 3 star and was in the ! Japanese restaurant, so there was a bit of a culture clash. I would have expected a proper breakfast and not with Nespresso pod coffee but real coffee.

Great location with a short walk from the main restaurant and bar areas. Staff were very helpful and parking outside the hotel was handy. Pool was a good size and quiet.

While the staff was friendly, the rooms are very small. We couldn't even unpack and put our clothes in a dresser. The restaurant only served Japanese food, and was not very tasty. Breakfast everyday was the absolute same thing, no variety. Apparently they were working on the hotel next door and we had to hear constant drilling. Would not recommend.

The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. They share a very nice pool with the sister hotel next door. Two drawbacks were the poor bathtub drainage and the cramped toilet.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was very clean, and the maid service was excellent. The restaurant was sushi, which was delicious but that’s just a one time visit. It did not have a variety of other foods. Along with breakfast, not opening till 830 and we were not able to take a vantage of that because we had tours. we did get a bag breakfast, which was not very good. Highly disappointed for a four-star hotel.

Clean, nice hotel with amenities like a pool and gym right in the heart of Lisbon for convenient walking access to tons of sights, shops, and restaurants. Felt very safe at both the property and navigating through the surrounding area. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!

We're a family of 5, upon arrival with 7 pieces of luggage at 11PM, there was no Bellman to help! please remember this is a 4 star at 215 Euros ( ) a night... not only that, the poor José was the only staff downstairs for the night! unbelivable! he was great by the way.... arriving at the rooms was like entering smoking friendly hostel... Altough Diego, the manager was very kind the next day, the property is not suited for Vacations/holidays and certanly not even a 3 star hotel.

I don’t know where to start. The room was dirty and in bad repair. It was literally raining in the bathroom from a water leak in the ceiling. I am still waiting for a reimbursement. Not acceptable for a the price we paid.

Great location within convenient access to everything we wanted to do. We experienced professional, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very small but had everything we needed, plenty of charging points for electric gadgets, reading lamps, a desk and well lit. The dining area is beautifully designed and clean. The only negative was there was no direct access to the swimming pool it is outside, through the carpark and then up 2 flights of steps. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel, Good Location
The hotel is in a superb location. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and they a have a nice size bathroom. The breakfast has a big variety of food, and it is well served. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I could walk to many places, such as restaurants, and meeting points for tours that did not have pick up service. I am a solo female traveler.

Very pleasant stay
A family stay for 5 nights was a real fun. Extremely friendly stuff, nice, quit and clean room, comfortable beds even the 3rd one that was smaller. The breakfast was diversified and delicious. We came on my birthday and the stuff had a surprise cake and champagne served to my room which was a very pleasant gusture. The location is 2 minutes walk from Liberdade avenu. Would defenitely stay again.

The reception staff is wonderful and efficient. Check in was quick. They helped us with suggestions on places to see and things to do and assisted in making reservations. The entire staff was great, specially Katarina. The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was good.

This property is walkable to metro, but more importantly their customer service was exceptional. They made my 2 yr old feel welcomed and prepared the room for him (extra bed). I also highly recommend getting the breakfast.

Stayed 3 nights. Loved the hotel, the staff was particularly good, very friendly, and very helpful for various things we needed and asked about. As is often the case in Europe, the room was organized awkwardly for its size (closet on the far side of the bed, with little clearance), but that isn't a big quibble.

Very convenient to downtown Lisbon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and clean. Would stay there again.

We picked this property for the proximity to Avenida da Liberdade. The staff was very friendly and helpful; providing recommendations for cafes, storing luggage, loaning outlet adapters, giving directions etc. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Stay
The hotel is good location around 15 min walk downtown. The staff are so friendly and very nice. There is a lovely sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Only negative the spa is next door hotel and there is no indoor pool only a sauna. Which we was a little disappointed with the rest is fab

The location is wonderful. It’s walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Lisbon. And very quiet. Good breakfast.
