Would not stay in this hotel again pool water was freezing, checked in the room and other person’s underwear still in it from the previous persons who stayed there. Bathroom to small and flooded every time you used the shower

Hotel was modern, room was large and well appointed - very clean. Beds comfy and well stocked mini bar. Excellent central location close to Holborn Tube.

Super decor and ambience, quiet in public areas.
My rooms heating air on did not work. Reported twice.
I booked a massage and facial. The spa staff were noisy and it diff do not feel friendly or clean.
No condition in the spa or toilet roll.
Massage was super, facial was over priced.
Bar and restaurant were good. Lovely staff and good food.

NYX Hotel was in such a convenient location! Walkable to popular areas such as Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and Soho, but also tucked away and quiet. It is a couple minute walk down the street from the Holborn station which is also very convenient. The room size was larger than average for a central London hotel and I felt very comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. I have already bookmarked this as a hotel for my next London stay!

I’m not sure whether I got the upgrade but the room was very nice and spacious. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were very friendly and did what they needed. I had moved to the hotel for the remainder of my London stay after checking out of the Hoxton hotel because the room there was so small.

Staff was nice however room did not have heat. Then moved to a new room no heat again. The fuse kept going out. They finally brought a portable heater. Then the plugs stopped working. Food options not exciting. Spa was booked out but no one in there. I would rate this hotel on the lower budget and not worth what we paid.

The hotel is centrally located and not far at all from all the big attractions of London. It's a very easy walk to the Tube station and a nice area we always felt safe walking around. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff very friendly, it was a really nice experience. This was the only hotel I could find that was equipped with two king beds which was perfect for our trip and it was reasonably priced for the quality and the amenities provided. I would stay here again for sure.
