The best thing about this hotel is its price. It is at least 20 pounds cheaper than ones in the Zone1/2 area. However, please consider that if you are taking public transportation into central London, the cost and time do add up (bus and tubes). If you are driving, this hotel will be the best. There are local corner stores, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The hotel is clean. WIFI is strong and stable. The hallway is like a maze and narrow, so you will have to carry the luggage one by one. The sound insulation is not that good, but luckily our neighbor sleeps early during our stay. The biggest downside is that there is no refrigerator/hairdryer in the room. You will have to ask the staff to put the food in the refrigerator in the kitchen and borrow the hairdryer every night. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly.

Excellent service and very nice staff. The reception allowed us to check in earlier, and the staff helped us to carry all our big luggages to our room on 2nd floor. Staff was polite and helpful. The bed was comfy. Didn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste but provided soup and bodywash. The breakfast was a full set of English breakfast. The taste was okay.

I stayed at the property for several days and generally had a very favorable opinion of the room and staff. I did have one comment and one concern. My comment is that the curtains could be more opaque. Sunrise comes very early in the morning and would prefer that it didn't wake me up at 4.00 in a bright room. My concern was more cataclysmic. On my last day, housekeeping had serviced the room. When i came back in the evening, my door was ajar. It looks like that housekeeping had not properly closed the door and anyone could've walked in after and stolen things. It looks like that didnt happen and i couldn't find anything missing, but the possibility was quite concerning.

The staff was there to help 24 hours a day and were very friendly. They served a good breakfast and dinner when I ate at the hotel restaurant. They arranged transportation when needed. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Overall a great experience.

Em termos gerais, a minha estadia foi tranquila. O hotel é bem simples e antigo. Mesmo assim, aparenta ser bem cuidado. O acesso aos quartos é confuso e somente via escadas, que possuem degraus muito estreitos. Não recomendo para pessoas que têm problemas de mobilidade. A equipe foi atenciosa e prestativa. O quarto é limpo e aparentemente foi reformado recentemente. Chuveiros e torneiras bons. Lençóis e toalhas limpos. Cama confortável. Amenidades de banho simples. O café da manhã deve ser agendado (entre 7am e 9am) e definido no momento do check in. Você escolhe um tipo de preparo para os ovos (mexidos, fritos ou omelete), um tipo de torrada (pão branco ou integral) e se vai querer bacon, linguiça e/ou feijão cozido. Não há repetição para esses itens com exceção das torradas. Um pequeno buffet com chá, café, leite frio, sucos e cereais matinais industrializados é oferecido. A área é segura e oferece muitas opções de alimentação, compras, transporte e lazer próximas.
