The entire experience is bad... I regret choosing this hotel. The first 2 days, I was assigned to a room with only 1/3 window size of all other rooms of same room type and same price. Frankly, I paid for the view. Yes, the bridge is beautiful, but I was like looking at it from a prison cell... Since windows of mine and the next door is of a "L Shape" arrangement, I can definitely look at the bed of next door in detail from my window. At the same time, guest in next door can look into the the big mirror above my desk which is reflecting my bathroom. No privacy at all! After expressing my disappointment, hotel agree to assign another room to me from the third day. However my mood was already ruined. In general: 1) The pillow cover is coved with dust; 2) Room service won't change bed sheet even there are stain on it, unless you request; 3) Bathtub is grey as it is covered with dust; 4) Hot water provision was unstable when taking shower; 5) No fridge; 6) Socket is far away from bed which means you have to sleep away from phone; 7) Centralized air conditioning system, couldn't adjust when hotel turn on the heater. Temperature outside was 12°C, not that low. I was sweating in the room. I opened the window but the noise from the bar downstair made me difficult to fall asleep; 8) The 24-hour gym room is very tiny; 9) TV is low resolution; Even the renovation is old fashioned, the hygiene, services, arrangement could be much better, but sadly hadn't. Not Recommended!

The room is old-fashioned and needs to be renovated. The hotel is far from the underground station -The Tower Hill Station. It is not easy to carry luggage along a long ramp from the station to the hotel. The room is full of dust and lacks maintenance. The facilities of the room are not enough compared with other hotels we accommodated.

Worst hotel during my UK travel experience. The hotel room is dirty. The electric kettle is dirty inside. You can see the many dust around the air conditioner vent. The cabinets also many dust. There is no minbar in my room. My wife ask me to leave the hotel immediately but I already paid for 3 nights so that I don’t want to waste the money. The only good thing is the Tower Bridge view of the room is nice.

As far as locations in London, this one is hard to beat. One of the most magical sights to see in London is Tower Bridge and you truly have a front row seat. You're steps away from the Tower of London and a tube station. You're also next door to a Tesco Express grocery store! The restaurant at the hotel is phenomenal, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, a little convenience store in the lobby and outdoor high top bar tables with music every day. I challenge anyone to find a better hotel in London!!

Nedslidt, møgbeskidt og ringe service. Værelset var under al kritik - tæppet var møgbeskidt, møblerne skrammede og ødelagte, spejlene umulige at se noget i da de havde sølvpest. Der var langt fra elevatorer nok til så stort et hotel og der manglede skiltning til/af både brandveje og trapper. Morgenmadsrestauranten var overfyldt og der var hverken mad eller tallerkener nok. Alt i alt en super dårligt - og totalt overbetalt - oplevelse som bestemt ikke på nogen måde var den alt for høje pris værd !

All in all we had a pleasant stay at the The Tower Hotel. Peticularly unpleasant was the Breakfast Buffet. The selection of items was rather limited. E.g. there were no vegan alternatives available. And the coffee was plain terrible. It tasted like cheap instant coffee.

Die Lage direkt an der Tower Bridge ist natürlich unschlagbar in London. Die Gegend ist belebt aber sicher und viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man als Tourist besuchen will, sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist - und das merkt man den Zimmern auch an - doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber gerade im Badezimmer merkte man doch, dass alles etwas alt ist und mal erneuert werden könnte. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur „an“ oder „aus“, und „an“ war sehr kalt. Unser Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen (die der Nachbarzimmer schon). Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Es gibt für das riesige Hotel vier Fahrstühle. Wir waren sechs Nächte dort, einer der Fahrstühle war die ganze Woche nicht im Betrieb, bei zwei der anderen kam immer wieder eine Durchsage, dass man umgehend die Hausverwaltung kontaktieren solle, weil etwas nicht in Ordnung sei. Nicht beruhigend, wenn man im 11. Stock wohnt und auf den Fahrstuhl angewiesen ist. Die ganze Woche änderte sich daran nichts. Die Gastronomie im Hotel war gut, unten ist sogar eine Starbucks Filiale zu finden. Fazit: ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes aber sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in unschlagbarer Lage.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Personal super freundlich &hilfsbereit. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Einzigster Nachteil, die Toiletten. Klospülung sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig &keine Klobürste vorhanden.

Rooms very small, could not accommodate family of 5. Required me to book 2 rooms. Made accommodations several months in advance and when I arrived the rooms were on different floors. They couldn’t put the rooms on the same floor. When I complained about this they asked me if I specifically asked that they be on the same floor when I made the reservation. Is that really something you have to ask? Parking was 25 pounds per day, totally unacceptable. The restaurant on site, “Vicinity” was a joke. Way overpriced and food tasted prepackaged and like it was frozen in a box before heated up and served. Only good thing about this hotel was the location. It’s in a very convenient part of town if you want to see the local sights. Otherwise a complete disappointment. Will never return.

The rooms were ok but seemed pretty old and outdated. Staff was nice although we received bad instructions on how to get to the hotel from Heathrow Airport. When we messaged them about any shuttle service they said they had this "pod" service to get from the airport to the hotel. This service is only for the Thistle hotel which is affiliated with the Tower hotel and is right next to the airport. The Tower hotel does not have a shuttle service and the best way to get there is by train, assuming you aren't coming in too late, otherwise, uber. Views are very nice of the Tower Bridge and the location is close to the bridge and the Tower of London.
