The Unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, bunk beds, 2 dinning areas, a full kitchen, living room, desk / work station, front porch with seating, BBQ, 3 ductless air-conditioning units, Washer and Dryer / Laundry Room, high speed WiFi, Amazon Prime, Netflix and more..

The space
Fully Furnished, A/C & Heating, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Plenty of Natural Light, 2 Full private Bathrooms, Closets, Plenty of towels, linens and pillows. Coffee, Tea and many more amenities.

Update: 2 beach passes are now available for use by our guests during the bathing season.

You will have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Ideal for families.

*PLEASE NOTE, the only shared areas are the driveway, back patio and BBQ. Everything else is self contained within the apartment unit.

Nice Apartment
The apartment was nicely furnished. The mini-splits worked well. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean, but smelled of old mop when we arrived. That odor did go away. It's in a nice location in a nice neighborhood in walking distance to several good restaurants.

We stayed a few weeks before Christmas. Great location to jump on the subway and head into the city. Love how the owners responded so quickly. Very clean. Comfy beds. And love how they have extra things for the dogs ( container to put dog food in.) love the stay and will be returning
