My daughter and I stayed at the Mowbray Court in the Annex section. The room was spotless and the air con worked brilliantly on such a hot weekend. The hotel is a 3 min walk to Earls Court and we also walked through gorgeous areas to the Royal Albert Hall and Notting Hill and felt safe. Would definitely stay again. We even got to check in early!

The hotel is in a great location on the river and everything is of a good standard. The room was modern and spacious. It was very clean. I had room service a couple of times. I asked for the automatic service charges to be removed at checkout. That was no problem. However they still appear to be on the receipt so I am going to have to query that which is annoying.

we were on 7 th floor …. terrible smell
for three days asked to fix it, they did offer to move us but the other room had no windows…. odd.
big rooms , great staff , quiet location, cool hotel , great breakfast, small gym….
the smell ruined a great review.
