I would avoid this place at all cost even if you are just looking to for a place to sleep. When we booked it we weren’t looking for anything fancy just somewhere clean and comfortable to spend the night while in California. The first morning there we woke up to employees protesting at 7:00 am and it went on for over 30 minutes. I spoke to the front desk about it and they moved us toward the back because they weren’t sure if it will happen again the next day. After being moved and having a long day we wanted to do nothing more but to take a shower and rest but come to find out that our room had no hot water. When I called the front desk they sent someone to “fix it” and I expressed that my 2 year old was already asleep and asked if it would be noisy they said it could be but if I wanted fixed they needed to go in the room. We agreed and after he banged on the pipes a few times it still didn’t work so we had to shower in a different room but we didn’t have a key to the room so we did have to leave my daughter alone a few minutes. And to top it all off our room had roaches. We did ask the front desk for at least a partial refund but since we booked it through Expedia the asked us to go through them but when Expedia reached out for a refund they decline. Will not be staying here ever again. Please stay away if you want any type of rest.

Likes: The convenience of location and hotel shuttle. Dislikes: Rooms are old and dated. Our first room had no a/c because the air filter was absolutely filthy (not dirty, filthy). It looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and changed our room with no questions. The second room had a wall a/c unit and it worked fine. There is no late night food options except a vast array of romen noodles in the contact free convenience store.

The property does not disclose a $50 per night parking charge. Thats outrageous considering the state of hotel. Im very upset by this and you dont really have a choice. I've stayed at five star resorts sround the world and never paid $50.

We arrived at 8am and were able to check-in straight away. Our room was good and quiet. The location.is walkable from LAX although there is a shuttle if you dont mind waiting. The bar was great as were the meals.

Do not stay here. Worst experience ever. The rooms are small. Everything is inconveniently placed (in the hotel). And EVERYTHING is expensive. They fail to mention all the “service fees” they charge AND parking is $50 a night. We booked because we thought it was convenient location wise but it is not. Better off booking somewhere else.

Hotel staff took a deposit down that was supposed to be return to me 2-3 business days after departure. It has been 2 weeks already and I haven’t gotten my money I was also charged some weird fee that makes no sense because I had paid all My fees through Expedia. I have called the hotel multiple times to get the answer of “we’re waiting for the hotel to get back to us” like really?

Upon arrival to the hotel there were homeless sitting on the bench by the front doors, the elevator was nasty floor was stained walls dirty, the room was old and dirty stains on the walls rust on the light fixtures fridge was left open and it was old/outdated the door had a gap over an inch at the bottom of it and the bathroom door made so much noise I made an complaint via the app but all I got was sorry also the charge $50 a night to park your car that was crazy

Too much construction going on at night and union workers striking at 7 am in the parking lot. Bathroom sink slow to drain and faucet had low water pressure! Remote to TV doesn’t work and TV speaker has blown speaker! Was told we had complimentary parking but was charged $50! Cordless phone in the room did not have a charge so couldn’t use the room phone to call to front desk! Brewster Bar and Grill food menu very very limited!

I travelled a lot and should have trusted all the other traveler’s reviews on this hotel. It’s a shame to put the name Sheraton to this hotel as it is so below standards of even a cheap hotel. Customer service is severely lacking. The rooms were warm: not individual thermostat to control cooling and you can’t open the windows as it would open onto the hotel hallway. So poor ventilation and air recycling. Bathtub and sinks were clogged. But we arrived at 12am from our flight with a baby so we didn’t have the energy to complain. My mattress was uneven and should have been replaced. But the worst parts are coming: when checking in they ask for a $350 deposit for possible damages (never ever had to leave a deposit in a hotel before even when staying in Marriott resort for a week). The lady at the front desk did say my room had been paid in full (booked thru Expedia) so deposit would be refunded within 3-5 days if no damages. Next day at 11:30am went to check out. Man at the front desk just said to leave the hotel cards and we were all good to go. 4 days later I saw a $12.72 charge on my credit card. Called the hotel and a lady said it was for the wifi. I told her, both Expedia and the hotel website mention free wifi and if they were to charge for it there should be a pop up on the screen.i asked for a receipt and couldn’t find one. Next day a receipt was sent to me for a local ordinance fee which they didn’t mention at checkin or checkout. Run from this hotel!

I didn't like about this property that the AC was centralized where we couldn't control our own room temperature and when we enter the room, there were very dirty tub and sheets and it had odor the night attendant on saturday night and sunday night was NOT very accommodating or helpful. If it wasn't for the dayshift attendants and housekeepers, I would've regret even coming to this hotel. They were very nice and very welcoming.

Had everything I needed for just one overnight between flights;easy, regular shuttle, quick check in, comfortable enough bed, coffee maker in the room. Its pretty run down though; water damage, peeling decorations, very awkward building.
