酒店在好莱坞精华区,地理位置相当好,旁边就是地铁, 走路不远还有个超市, 相当方便。 当然精华区的饭店就不会太大, 虽然是四星级的饭店, 应该算是小而美吧。 每天的客房打扫需要改进, 瓶装水总是少一瓶, 沐浴盥洗用品经常没有补齐, 打过两到三次电话才有改善。

We only stay for one night, the Woman at the front desk had a bad attitude, they charge for the deposit 500 dlls, it is unreal, and when we ask why?, she said, “this is the fee” no further explanations Right now we are at Fairmont in San Francisco for 3 nights, and they only charge 300, great difference and by far better hotel.

I didn’t like the entrance of the hotel. It was under construction so I most of Ubers would drop me off on the street because they were unsure if they could pull inside. The room was out dated. My room key scanner was broken. My room view was a building . But the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Don’t know if I would stay again though

Expected much more from the W. Hallways dirty. Bed had thick plastic matress cover that lumped up. Shower had a slow drip. Towels were stained and rough. The whole place looked like had been used and abused for years. Will not be booking there for future visits.

I’m very disappointed in my stay at the W. I have stayed at the W Miami in the past and this does not come close. We checked into our room to find half used and dirty soaps, shampoos etc. the linens had makeup stains on the bottoms of them. The whole room was just dirty and very underwhelming. I had asked to upgrade and pay for the upgrade halfway through our stay because I couldn’t deal with the room, but they said they were full. They apologized because they were “under renovations.” There were still many rooms available when I looked online 2 minutes after they told me this. They should have specified they were under renovations before booking. I spent a lot of money for a half functioning hotel. I felt like I paid $1800 to stay in a dorm room. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another W location again after this.

What a miserable miserable evening. The people next to me and kept me up until 445 in the morning partying. I complained three times and each time it did not help the situation. Loud partying music super disrespectful and the front desk. Staff did not take proper steps to make it stop. When I called at 4:45 in the morning because I was obviously not going to get any sleep to ask for a pot of coffee they never brought me anything.

We got the spectacular room, and it was really amazing. Super big room, full amenities, super clean, very comfortable. But for me, only the room that caught my heart nothing else maybe the pool but it was chilly and windy in fall times, for $300 plus $34 destination fee per night (we stayed 2 nights). They did construction at the front of building, so I don’t know how is it later because we used the valet parking in and out so nothing really special. The staffs are really friendly and it’s located near bus & subway station if you like to explore LA, but beware Hollywood Boulevard is not as clean & safe as they showed on social media.

Fitness room had good equipment however there was never any water, machines were not cleaned and the whole room needed vacuuming, dusting and cleaning. The food was over priced. $6.00 for 1 hard boiled egg is a rip off and daily parking was $75.00. Does not have the option to self park. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is lovely but was under construction and also the staff were not under co lntract - ie. Not being paid adequately and were protesting as a result (off site / off shifts) If I had of known, I would not have booked this property. No doubt the Marriott group make millions They should pay their staff accordingly. Plain greed.

This property was nothing like the other W Hotels I’ve stayed at. It looked like an older office building, was under significant construction and the rooms looked a bit like College Dorm Rooms. Bathrooms were ok, but nothing special. Definitely not worth the money.
