“River Watch” is a tastefully decorated, first floor condo right along the Manistee River. Watch the bridge go up and the freighters pass by, all from your private balcony. Open the back door and let the breeze in while you relax, cook, play games, or watch TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin XL over queen bunk bed. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and cable TV. Everything in this condo is brand new including the furniture, bedding, and appliances. Park your car in the one stall garage and walk downtown to the shops and restaurants, or take a stroll down the riverwalk to the beach. Come stay at “River Watch” and enjoy all that Manistee has to offer!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be refunded if canceled 30 days or more prior to check-in. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor.

Overall we were very happy with the condo. It was spacious, very clean, quiet, and very nicely decorated. Our only issues were bulbs were out in the master bathroom light fixture, and the mattress in the Master was extremely firm. (A bit too firm for us).

Excellent Experience!!
Let me start by saying the pictures do not do this property justice. It is amazing!! New, modern and clean. The kitchen cabinets are filled with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, flatware and basically anything needed to cook a family meal if you so desire. The decor is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable. I even found the bed comfortable and I usually do not when I travel. The bathrooms are large and clean and the washer and drier are new and clean. The balcony looks out over the river and drawbridge; we were lucky enough to see the freighter (unique to Manistee) go by. It was amazing!! As for the property manager, the. communications for entering the building, the condo and parking are delivered clearly. The expectations of the client is also clearly explained. Our entire experience was wonderful from start to finish.

Magnificent Manistee River Condo
The Riverwalk condo was beautifully decorated, all amenities needed, clean condo we used as base camp while traveling the Michigan lakefront. Check in and out was super easy and we had zero troubles with anything during our stay.
