Good morning Danny,Having no other information than your first name, I cannot visualize in which type of room you were.To be simple and factual, our establishment is a 2-star tourist hotel. We have 5 types of rooms ranging from single rooms to junior suites. Depending on the type of room, the surface, the type of bed, the equipment evolves. For example, our comfort double rooms are the first category of our double rooms with a surface area of 13.5 m2 (bathroom included) and a 140/190 bed. At the other end of our double rooms, we have the 2 junior suites of 24 m2, 160*200 bed, mini-fridge, sofa. The price is proportional.All our rooms have luggage racks, multi-position hair dryers, fireplaces, mouldings, etc... I confirm that our establishment is not a B&B.For the neighborhood above and below our establishment, I assure you that pet elephants are not allowed. However, the neighborhood is going through a period of relocation, which may explain all the noises you have heard. In general, we have no comments on noise pollution.We invite you to come back to another category of superior room, privilege or suite to judge the qualities of our place differently.Regards,

Monsieur,Je peux comprendre le problème de lecture des surfaces et je m'attendais à vos remarques malgré l'anonymat. Les surfaces s'entendent toujours salle d'eau incluses. Le couloir sert à isoler phoniquement du bruit. D'ailleurs vous n'avez pas fait de remarque à ce sujet bien que la chambre soit située à proximité de l'accueil. Je suppose que la fonction première d'une chambre qui est de bien dormir a été rempli. Nous avons des chambres plus grande qui répondrait mieux à votre besoin.La propreté était également présente, la qualité des équipements de la salle de bain car vous n'avez pas fait de remarque, ainsi que la décoration et la cheminée. Pour la literie, les dimensions des couchages sont indiqués dans le descriptif de chacun des types de chambre que nous proposons.Pour l'odeur de tabac, certains clients, qui usent du balcon prévu à cet effet, ferment parfois mal la porte fenêtre. Mais cette odeur se dissipe assez rapidement car je n'ai pas eu de remarque sur ce point depuis que je tiens l'établissement (10 ans). Je peux comprendre certaines remarques mais j'invite tout nos voyageurs à prendre connaissance des descriptifs, des photos, pour choisir la chambre qui correspondra le mieux à leur besoin, ainsi que les commentaires voyageurs pour se faire une idée de l'établissement.Cordialement,

Pour le créneau horaire de petit déjeuner, afin de donner du sens aux futurs voyageurs, nous avons décidé de maintenir les distances sanitaires dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Ce pourquoi nous informons que nous servons 3 chambres toutes les 30 minutes pour éviter la sur occupation et nous permettre de laver et redresser les tables pour le service suivant.
