Travelling down to Dunsborough for a wedding, location was perfectly situated a 2 minute walk to the coast with multiple cafes, eateries and a brewery surrounding it. The room was spacious and well maintained, generally supporting a very relaxing atmosphere

Great location - a bit pricy for the stardard pres
Great location. The upstairs TV is not connected to any signal. Some of the furnishings could do with a clean. Lounge pillows were grubby. Lots of dust if you look closely.

Apart from the location this has nothing else. Strange to find instructions to remove bedding and place in a bin outside before leaving. The Most uncomfortable bed I have (not) slept in for years. Will never go back.

Loved the apartment. Above what we were expecting. Air con not working in main bedroom was the only letdown. Indoor swimming pool spa & sauna was fantastic. Thai restaurant in premises was great. We could walk into town easily. Would definitely book here again.

We were happy with the stay, however we had booked it as there was a pool area on our visit the pool was out of use which was very disappointing

Layout of the room was poor, and the expectations of what was included in the room - it was not as advertised. No staff were sighted in our 3 days there, until they came in to start cleaning before we had checked out.

Dear Brett, it is most unfortunate that you did not find opportunity to interact with the team of 8 employees during your stay. We do hope you enjoyed the daily complimentary towel changes and top up of consumables. You booked a small affordable apartment room ideal for short/overnight stays, very well patronised by couples and corporates and your assigned your room had more inclusions than advertised including seating and cooking facilities. However, there are 10+ other room types available in the Resort that may have better suited your preferences. Check out time is prior to 10am. When guests do not return room keys by 10.30am, housekeeping will first attempt to phone the guest and then attend in person prior to 11am if unable to make contact, however staff will never commence cleaning prior to a guest vacating accommodation.

Rooms extremely dated, everything was dusty, all the blinds broken and held together with sticky tape. Walls and bins where filthy and marked. Dishes, glass wear in cupboard where filthy with old crushed on food. Shower head wouldn’t stay up while showering. Very overpriced for what you actually get. Can hear neighbouring rooms and toilet through the walls. Property about ten years overdue refurb for prices charged. Then they expect you to wash your own dishes and put your own bins out? Complete joke!

Furthermore, the reviews from other resort guests in the days preceding your stay were all 5/5. Every guest review is taken seriously. Resort staff care deeply that guests feel welcomed and supported throughout their stay and all efforts are made to continuously improve service.

A lovely spot to stay whilst we discovered the Margaret River region. Close to everything in town easily walkable. Bamboo Thai restaurant fabulous. Great service from the onsite manager who was always happy to help.

We have previously reported on this site of issues after check in! No on site parking no cups or glasses and putrid drain odours requiring us to leave door open at night for fresh air!

Dear RoyWe are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay,however there are cups, saucers, kettle, tea and coffee - in the wardrobe. You received choice of parking in the resort carpark, or free parking immediately outside the rear gate to your villa, which is more convenient for you. You booked the most inexpensive, smallest room in the Resort for your stay. If there was a drain smell, which can happen in any home, this could have been attended to. Most guests looking for the best value,comfort and convenience enjoy this very affordable room type.

This is designed for more a family feel. If you want a few days away with your partner then I am not sure this is the place. It is super close to town centre which is good.

Room was very small compared to images. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room is very bright at night time with no block out curtain/blinds. For a room that is self contained the floor level dining table was very uncomfortable

The location was fantastic! We walked everywhere, including to the beach. The heated pool was great. Dunsborough itself is a gorgeous little town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not the greatest place to stay tbh. Was quite loud outside during the night. Communication with staff was quite poor, just got told to get the key from the lock box and a rough idea of where the room was. Not the most welcoming greating but that's okay. Quite a small room for the high price also. The shower/spa was an open plan with the bedroom, didn't expect that. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
